I have been a regular customer for years, and now I will never come back. My friends and I came for dinner around 8 pm today, and we got wine and food which came out at about 8:15. We then ate our food, drank our wine; and chatted for a while, not realizing the restaurant was closing soon (usually, this restaurant does not close until 11 pm ish so we thought we had plenty of time). At 9 pm, the lights in our section were abruptly turned up. I asked our waitress very nicely to turn them back down, which she did for about 30 min. She then came at 9:20 or so to get our checks; and then 5 minutes after we paid abruptly turned the lights up to full blast. We then heard her coworkers say “oh is that your way of kicking your table out?” And in response our waitress looked at us and rolled her eyes. I have been a waitress for 4 years and still am- so I NEVER have written a negative review in my entire life. We were completely unaware that they have different hours during the summer, and we would have happily left faster if our waitress would’ve simply said “hey just so you know, we have different hours during the summer so we close at 9.” This is what I would’ve said to my own customers instead of abruptly turning the lights up and then having my coworkers joke within earshot that that was my way of kicking people out. Also, when she did this, there was at least 6 other tables in the restaurant. We were not stragglers or the last people. Don’t know our waitresses name but knew she was new, and...

Went for lunch this past Saturday while dropping off my daughter at FSU and it was only 25% occupancy. We waited a full 45 minutes plus for simple entrees after we ordered (salad, wrap, sandwich). They brought 1/2 the table's food and then we had to go back up to inquire about the other half (came about 10 minutes after the first 1/2) which is totally unacceptable. The waitress did, to her credit, apologize a number of times, but for a bar to take nearly an hour to churn out bar food is bad. I couldn't imagine this place at close to capacity. They also had an odd habit, service wise, of dropping something off, and then literally ran off-a number of times we were trying to ask for something but they ran off so quick we couldn't even finish our sentence. The only reason I even gave them 2 stars is that the food was quite good. Too bad about the time for the food to come out and the inconsistent service. There are too many close by options to have to put up with that, so I know I won't be back and would only recommend going here is you sit right at the bar or if everything around this place is empty. Otherwise you are going to...

After a long walk, we decided to stop in for a quick bite to eat at Brick Haus Italian Bistro and Corner Pub. We had heard great things about this restaurant, however, we were met with poor service and food that was adequate at best. We started with the appetizer sampler. On it came: Chicken Tenders, Onion Rings, Chips with spinach dip, and mozzarella sticks. Everything on the plate was good, but it all tasted as if it came from the freezer. We ordered a half pineapple half cheese pizza, which we specifically asked to be cut in to six, to accommodate our party size. After an agonizingly long wait with no water refills, we were sorely disappointed to see that our pizza was cut into eight slices. Despite the incorrect slicing, we proceeded to eat. The pizza was bland with a far too thick covering of cheese that did not sit well in your mouth. The crust was far too soggy to be enjoyable. All in all, it was an underwhelming experience and if you are looking for good pizza in Tallahassee, we...

This is the typical college town hangout. Serving mostly college students at night. They have pizza as well as other night time fare. The calamari was great with large, hearty pieces. The ragu sauce on the pasta was strong with a tomato taste. The garlic knots were a little over cooked but had a good crust and soft inside. The loaded fries were good as well. The bacon was fresh and not over cooked. If you order the pasta, make sure to add the shrimp! That was the best part of the meal. The staff was busy and none of them were standing around, so kudos for that!! Made sure to tip our waiter good because I am sure he didn't make any other tips on this night and he should have. Wish I woulda gotten his name because I would definitely give him a shout out for his exemplary service tonight!

I was completely dissatisfied with my sunday 2pm lunch. I ordered chicken caeser. After both of the other two patrons I came with had received my food, following another minute of two the waitress came back and informed me that there was no caesar dressing. The way this situation was handled was mega lame. They've removed my favorite thing from their menu. The rice bowls. This place works because it's near FSU and gets the spillover from POTS. A bunch of underage teenagers wanting to get boozed up come here. No good food, no good service not a good time. Avoid.

I’ve been here 3 times and let me tell you that food and service is consistently amazing. Everything I’ve tried has been fresh and delicious. Had the pepperoni knots as an appetizer with the Chicken Frances…to die for! It was so good I had to let our server, Mary-Scot, get the manager. Ray stopped at our table shortly after, my friend and I told him that the service and food have been on point every time and who is in the kitchen cooking?! Lol. Great time there and recommend it (may be a little crowded when school is back in session but totally worth it!!!)
