Subway — Restaurant in Tallahassee

Did an online order, which according to the app should've only took 20 minutes to prepare actually took almost an hour, got a message saying my food was ready for pick up and when I got there, neither was it ready or did they even start to prepare it. I ended up using my entire lunch break waiting on my food to be prepared inside the restaurant which defeated the whole purpose of online ordering. Staff wasn't friendly, green peppers were old, & they didn't have what I originally ordered through the app & they were out of every drink except soda. Highly disappointed & a horrible experience. This was my 1st & last time...

What a joke. Worker stayed behind counter for 5 mins before coming to counter and greet customer. Whole time she was on phone with a friend while preparing my son's food. He was only customer. Took 20 mins to get 1 sandwich. I'm calling manager tommorow. Slack as hell . I'm writing this review bc my son wouldn't let me go off in the store. I drove 15 minutes to get here at 12:30am because the google listing says this location is open 24HRS…. It was in fact, not open. I’ve managed several businesses and it isn’t hard to change your google listing to reflect your actual hours of operation.
