Very disappointed in the lack of service that received today. At 8:11 a.m., I placed an order through the app for a smoothie and sandwich and was provided a pickup time for 9:31 a.m. upon my arrival at 9:36, two other patrons were their trying to get in to place an order, but all entrances were locked and not one employee was in sight. Not only did I lose time and money and the gas it took me to drive over to this location but customer service was also not much help. Now they rep did answer promptly when I called the 770 #, and he took all of my information including the order number and time of the order, but was unable to provide me with a confirmation number that a claim has been submitted on my behalf or the next steps for solving my claim. In fact, he said no policy and procedures had been provided. So this was an outsourced call center I’m certain. As I sit here and type this email, two other patrons have pulled up and one other is waiting in the car like me. Please correct this and either update the hours or get more reliable employees. This was a big inconvenience to all of us I’m sure. Now I’m searching for another location to spend more money. That’s over $25, two different locations, but only one...
Read moreI absolutely Love Tropical Smoothie and consider the location that I visited the best one in town. I am new to the app so I figured I would give it a try. I placed my order, called them upon arrival and told them where I was parked for Curbside pickup and they never brought my order out. I finally went inside after my order should have been delivered like 10 minutes and they didn't greet me, then eventually they ask if they could help me? I asked them where was my food, because I placed a Curbside order that was never delivered to me. They pulled my Smoothie from out of the fridge, and my Chipotle Chicken Club was just sitting in a bag on the counter. I am a easygoing person, but after I called and told them where I was outside, I was not Happy about the way the transaction took place. Asia made my smoothie incorrectly, and after trying it, I had to go back inside to get it made correctly, Asia, the one who made my smoothie, instantly told me that I could get a refund if I didn't like it. When I told her that I would like it made as requested, she told me that she couldn't make it as requested. I asked if a different employee could because of her refusal to make it correctly. She turned and rudely asked Victoria if she could make it, and if not, to just give me a refund. Victoria made it perfectly as requested, while Asia just walked over to a tablet and just looked down at the tablet until I got my correct smoothie and walked out.
