First, I'll start out by stating the only reason I'm giving 2 stars and not 1 is because of the atmosphere. But this is more to the management of Brass Tap Tlh. Your bartenders have terrible attitudes. I tried to be the most polite I possibly could because my friends forewarned me of how terrible your bartenders are, before I came. They opted out of coming with me once I told them where I was going. Long story short, you need to reevaluate your bar staff. Even the bar back. I asked him a simple question about seltzers and he literally told me, " I'm just a bar back, ask a bartender!" His attitude made me think he would rather spend his life as a bar back and never rise up in the industry. But then I try to ask a bartender and he treats me like I don't matter! He literally was waiting to swipe a credit card and gave me a rude "1 minute" signal. Then proceeded to just stand there waiting on the terminal to run a credit card while I'm sitting here looking at him standing there. I can't over exaggerate enough about all of the bar staffs rude and absurd behavior. I know this is long, but if this was my business, I'd be very upset with how these individuals are running my business. I could literally go on much more of why this staff are very unprofessional workers. My friends warned me and I totally see why now. P.s. the shot picture is what they gave me when I asked for a Don Julio Reposado neat. Then the server tried to sneak it over my shoulder while I was in a deep conversation and spilled half of it on me. Please, don't serve something neat, in a plastic shot cup and secondly, as a server, announce yourself when you're trying to sneak alcohol over someone's shoulder! I really like the atmosphere and I have a couple friends that go here but dang, those workers don't care at all about this industry and should be cooks or dishwashers...

Brass Tap was a great time. My friends and I went on a Tuesday evening when they host their trivia night. It was very fun, and very organized. The place wasn't very crowded when we got there, but not many places would be on a Tuesday evening. We got a seat quick and glanced at the menu. As far as food selection goes, there isn't a whole lot to it. They have some decent appetizers, and a few other things, but it's a bar so the business mainly comes from that. Personally I'm not a drinker, but I did try the Buffalo chicken dip appetizer and the panini. Both were awesome. In fact, everyone at the table loved the dip so much we got another one. Not too spicy, but it had a kick. The panini was also good. Our waitress was great because she had to deal with us for a bit over 2 hours since the trivia lasts awhile. Definitely was great there. Overall, I'd definitely go back. I wanna try more of the food and test my knowledge in the trivia! Also, happy hour is between 4-7, so get your money off some food and drinks!

Visited The Brass Tap in Tallahassee's Midtown yesterday, parking was easy (at the time) and off street in the lot. We were hoping to catch some sun on the patio, but our timing was off. If you'd like to sun with a cold brew definitely go before 4pm, on the weekend, in the winter months. That said, the patio was spacious, clean and comfortable. There were a few dogs enjoying the fresh air too, so they're dog-friendly! There was ample seating both inside and out, we did end up inside at the bar for a couple draughts and share-ables. The nachos were a huge portion, well made with salsa and sour cream on the side. The chicken quesadilla was very cheesy and well portioned too. We will certainly be back to try more food and great local beer!

I would like to start by saying how disappointed and disgusted I am with this place. December 7th me and my two friends (all girls) decided to go and have a drink or two and was harassed by two grown drunk men they cussed at us degraded us and threatened all 3 of us. One of the guys actually shoved my friend. An off duty server her name is ABBY (she was drinking) tried to mediate the situation and find out what happened she was completely biased of the situation because one of the men was a regular of hers I guess and because of that he thinks he can talk to ladies however he wants after we realized she was against us we got up and left as we were leaving my friend realized she left her purse as she walked in she notice ABBY holding her purse she thanked her and tried to grab it she pulled it back and said she wanted to talk to her she explained that she did not want to talk and grabbed her purse from her and walked out as she started going down the stairs abby (the brass tap SERVER) yelled I have 17 felonies no convictions and kicked her down the stairs the head MANAGER NATE the GM then comes out and tries to mediate the situation he was also off duty drinking he was completely biased on the servers side and rude and aggressive he didn’t care what we had to say that’s when we decided to call the police and press charges on the girl I am a witness of the assault and I hope she loses her job and gets arrested she could of seriously hurt my friend or killed her KICKING HER DOWN STAIRS!!!! please for the love of god do something Also PS all three of us only had 1 or 2 drinks and that was the only place we went to that night we were not...
