Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Tallahassee

Honestly the only positive I can give on this location is it appeared to be clean. Not super busy when we arrived inside in the ordering line (1 of2) 1 ahead of us. Ready to place order cashier has issue with register (totally understandable) says “sorry”- then looks at other cashier and says “I can’t ring them out” after our order is placed. She leaves register pretty immediately and goes to work drive thru we wait 3-4 minutes; manager walks by (makes eye contact) cashier tells him: he continues to walk toward back no communication with us as we stand waiting- cashier next to us finally says give me just a minute I will get you guys taken care of (very pleasant) we are standing at the counter direct eye contact with her (and manager as well as other cashier that abandoned ship) she makes eye contact numerous times BUT continues to check out approximately 4-5 other orders- that came in long after we had been standing there and even after she told us she would take care of us. Eventually we can’t wait any longer (who really knows how much longer at this rate because we came in little before lunch rush). Make eye contact with all 3 employees one last time and say “let’s just go” zero response from any of employees (side note: once mang. Comes through with very noticeable tattoo that says “F•*€

I always love going to Zaxby's the food is always fresh and the employees are normally very friendly and welcoming but when I went to this Zaxby's this one time it seemed like I was annoying the cashier that was up there I might add that I only went up to the register twice after ordering my food just because I had forgotten to get ketchup for my husband and because I needed a box before we left I have a small stomach and don't eat very big portions at a time it seems like I was annoying the person that was behind the register don't know her name but you could tell she was annoyed by my presence even though I only came up twice there was what looked to be a shift lead or a manager next to her that could see the annoyance on her face and took care of me like a customer representative should very graciously considering I had only asked for ketchup and then the second time a box so there was no reason for her face to show annoyance like it did I understand that customer service is not easy I've worked in customer service for 30 plus years so I know that everybody has their bad days but it's just sad to see somebody working in customer service that has such a bad attitude to somebody just needing ketchup and a box I hope she treats other customers better going forward and I hope that she was just having a bad day and if so I hope her day got better! I work close by this Zaxbys so I go there every day for lunch, over time I’ve gotten to know some of the people that work there and they will automatically know my order by just hearing my voice. The employees are amazing! Ronnie is an absolute joy to see every time I go pick up lunch, he is so nice and he always brings a bright smile to my face! He is amazing at his job and such a people person with a great personality! I just love seeing him when I go! Isiah is another employee that is amazing, he is the first one when I first started going to get my lunch from there that took my order and from then on, he was always so outgoing and brought a smile to my face as well but sadly, I haven’t seen him in awhile! All the employees are great though! Super friendly and they bring a smile to my face! I love having a place that I enjoy that is close to my job and also having people like Ronnie, Isiah, and the others that can bring a smile on anyone’s face! 🥰 most of the employees I have had the pleasure to speak with are great!
