Our first time here. I ordered a small pizza w/pineapple.. they brought me a pizza with pepperoni. Had to wait 15-20min for another pizza. Finally brought out this burnt pizza with a child-sized handful of cheese thrown on it with pineapple that tasted like it came out of an aluminum can. Fries were too salty.. beer cheese for an over seasoned pretzel (who puts Italian seasoning on a stadium type pretzel?) was still frozen and tasted watered down.. everything was just bland!! They brought food to our table and just ran off before we had a chance to ask for ketchup.. which we had a chance to ask for it when she dropped off my burnt pizza.. by that time my sons salty fries were cold.. My son ran out of water and server never came over to ask if he would like any more.. she did not give us any napkins. I was really excited to try this place and to get the service I got was just a HUUUGGGEEE disappointment. The crazy part .. the manager never came to our table to apologize or anything. After I announced to the server she made a mistake on my order, she took the food that I did not order back into the kitchen and 2 minutes later I received cold stares from the workers there peeking around the wall looking at me. Creepy!! I still gave the server a $10.00 tip.. our food in total was $28 after the manager took off the burnt pizza.. If a restaurant is going to serve food at least let it be decent tasting food.. and serve good food to all of...
Read moreGeneric and overpriced is what I can say. We've been to other Danny Boys chains that are much better. We were greeted and said we needed a minute. A literal minute goes by and the waitress was back. My husband ordered a personal pizza deal that came with a drink...he opted for coffee. The coffee came out looking like mud(thick and all). He asked for another drink and she said she'd just take a dollar off so he didn't have to get a beverage for the deal. At the end she told us that with the topping it equaled what the drink cost so it was the same price. Nice, but we were leaving so he got ripped out of a different drink. Then I ordered the half chicken parm...which was 10.99 and didn't come with a salad. The chicken was ok but the sauce was so generic it tasted like it can directly out of a jar...which we tried them one other time and it was the same with their Alfredo. Then I thought the salad was 3.99 so I ordered one. It came back 4.99. I told the waitress and she didn't show me the menu she just said no it's 4.99. So 15.99 for a generic chicken parm dinner. We could have went to luigis for much cheaper. Dont waste your time coming here. Just waiting until they start getting no customers rather than just the 2 tables they can fill. Hopefully the next business...
Read moreThis is our 2nd visit and both times i did not get what I ordered from the menu. Menu stated 3 pc of fish. My plate came with 1 pc. I brought it to waitress attention that my plate was short 2 pcs of fish. They told me they was out of the fish on the menu which shown i would get 3 pcs.so they gave me a different fish that comes only 1 pc. I asked for 1 pc of fish since i was expecting 3 pcs. If you dont have what is on the menu I think i should been told they was out and got my approval on the 1 pc fish meal or gave me the option to change my food choice. They made the choice for me and i get what i was not expecting. MGT JEFF said he was going to charge me $4 for another pc. I said i was expecting 3 pc and i was not paying for another pc of fish. Jeff brought me another full meal and dropped it on my table. I was shocked and said sir i only wanted a pc of fish not a free meal. He said well you got it rudely turned and walked away. Customers around me was staring and said he was totally rude and treated you unexceptionable. I was embarrassed. Waitress said he has 20 pizzas and busy. Busy or not you dont treat customers like that. I was not looking for free food i just wanted what was posted on the menu. Jeff cant handle being busy and is definately not...
