Nice hometown library near Tallmadge Circle, just around the corner from the tallmadge post office, sitting quietly on a shady lane. PROs: CUSTOMER SERVICE: Nice folks there to help. They are professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable. PARKING: Plenty of parking in a lot well maintained. Also, they have a bike rack just by the front door. LOCATION: Near the bike/hike trail that leads to Lions Park. STOCK: Good selection of material on the shelves, and they have an ability to get additional items from other nearby libraries. GROUPs: They have great free programs for seniors and kids. I'm a fan of movies for seniors and vinyl record related events. FACILITIES: Inside there are meeting rooms and bathrooms. Outside, they have trash cans and a dropbox for books or other material you are returning when...

Regardless of where you fall on this issue, they're rudeness about it is deplorable. After thirty minute of walking around without a mask while engaging employees, you'll randomly be asked to put one on by a different employee. Clearly fear and ignorance runs this library. Such thoughtless behavior toward one's customers while practicing self-preservation! There...

But the dike looking lady was really rude when I ask a general question "where do these print out at?" Instead of being like oh sir there right underneath the printer. Cause I didn't see where they came out at. But instead said "ugh why don't u go ask someone who already isn't helping someone" while she was showing an older lady how to use the printer. In a snotty stuck up way. I normally love library ladies cuz there normally REALLY NICE/ SWEET! Well not the dike looking lady that is there@ 1pm...
