Highly disappointed. We’ve been coming here for years. Never had an issue like this. Not only was the pizza not ready when I got there and cut very poorly but a zoey at the establishment boldly tried to steal from me. I explained to a girl with pink tipped hair my plan was to pay 18 cash and the rest on credit card. She didn’t know how to do it so she pulled a zoey over and I thoroughly explained it again. Zoey then took my cash and my credit card, did a few things on the register than instead of offering my receipt, she threw it in the trash and walked away. I then explained to the girl with pink tips I wanted my receipt and she calls the manager over who shows the girl how to reprint a receipt. I then pull around to the front of the building and look at my receipt which shows she charged the full amount on my card. I walk in and I ask zoey to please show me where she took off the 18 dollars before charging my card to which she is speechless and the manager comes over again, explains to me they don’t do cash and card very often because you know, ignorance is bliss right? I would encourage anybody that comes to this store to get a receipt before they leave because if I hadn’t I would have been taken for 18 bucks. I typically don’t write reviews like this but I truly felt in my heart this girl knew what she was doing just by the way she acted the whole time. Very entitled. Read moreOrdered some Italian cheese bread last night and was told by a younger guy it would be a 10-minute wait, no problem! We went to McDonald's to get drinks and came back to see a short blonde girl now running the window. My friend who ordered the food is Nepali. I met her through work and never has a customer or employee ever had a hard time understanding her. This should not matter but tonight sadly it did. The lady kept asking her to repeat herself and kept acting like she could not understand my friend. She would only look at me when talking and made it sound like we were lying about the food we previously paid for. Finally, I just told her to ask the guy who was there before her if he remembered us ordering. She asked him in a snarky tone and he told her that we had already paid for it and that it was our food. She rolled her eyes at us and for the first time throughout that whole interaction looked my friend dead in the eyes and said "You need to learn how to word yourself better." Both me and my friend work in retail and never have we treated a customer so poorly. She acted like my friend's accent made it impossible for her to do her job when it should not have even affected it. Read moreI'm pretty sure this little ceasers has no care about customer service. Tonight I picked up 4 items about 5:45 pm that I had preordered. One issue I have is that there is almost never any cheese on the crazy bread so tonight I asked for a side of cheese to which he told me no. They were out of packets and can't charge me for a side (was more then willing to pay). I asked for a name for a corporate complaint as I've had issues before. He said no. I then asked for the store number to which he replied he didn't know. I believe he is the night manager. Deep voice, male, as well as there is a curly haired employee and a female working. Absolutely awful. I had a issue in the past over pricing. Ordered a meal deal to which the store register rang up more then there board said. I asked they said oh well it costs what it rings up. Manager said it was what it was. Pretty sure they just wanted to pocket the extra $ but it was only a couple dollars and I had out of town guests so I paid it. Issue after issue. Don't have these problems at other locations. It's definitely that male night manager issue. Awful customer service.
