I got more food than I could handle but I'll review each one after taking a few bites.
First the staff was two young girls, very nice and answered all my questions with a smile.
4.95 for the Coffee dreamsicle was not worth it. I didn't expect it to be as amazing as it sounded per ingredients but thought I'd give it a try since I like coffee drinks. It was watery probably due to selecting skin milk and was for the most part bland. The soy or almond selection would have altered the taste too much so I opted out of that.
The turkey BLT was excellent and may have single handedly won my business for when I'm feeling in the mood for one. I was pleasantly surprised to find out I got a side with it however the paprikash mixed with the rice was not as good. The rice changed the consistency and flavor. If you can offer just the paprikash I would go there just for the sandwich and soup.
I did get a small 8oz bowl of paprikash on it's own to try it out. My wife and I thought it was excellent. This is a winner, much better than the rice with paprikash.
The teriyaki bowl was ok. This is different than your typical Chinese type of teriyaki chicken where the peppers, carrots and broccoli aren't cooked but are small enough to offer a fresh crunch. When I'm in the mood for a healthy version of chinese this is a good option.
Overall my experience was good and will return in the future I'm sure.
Great: turkey BLT, paprikash soup bowl al la carte OK: chicken teriyaki bowl, chicken paprikash with rice Not good: coffee...

Despite branding themselves as a “fresh” food spot, a lot of what you get is microwaved—literally. It’s disappointing to watch your food go from freezer to microwave while being sold the idea that it’s something freshly prepared. Be awfully careful getting any chicken or bacon at this facility that they claim is fresh. That is not what is called “fresh.” Let’s not pretend microwaving doesn’t come with risks. Uneven heating means your food may not reach safe temperatures, giving bacteria like Salmonella or Listeria the perfect opportunity to stick around.
The atmosphere might seem upbeat at first, but it quickly becomes clear it’s all surface-level. The staff often comes across as disingenuous. I have been going to this establishment for over two years....this is not the kind of energy people want when supporting a small business.
If this place doesn’t start making things right—being stingy with their portions, microwaving the “fresh” food, improving hygiene standards, and take the customer feedback seriously—they’re on a fast...
Read moreI used to go there all the time, but I only had this one certain smoothie. Today I decided to try something new. The Thai Peanut Rice Bowl. I asked for no walnuts, but got those put on it anyway after the Owner Tracy said they wouldn't be put on. The thick Thai Peanut sauce was not good. The chicken was dry & so was the rice. I called in and said I didn't like it and the husband asked me what did I want them to do. Well since they weren't trying to refund me. The least they could do is allow me to choose something else that adds up to what the rice bowl cost me. I went back and my bowl was already made. I had no honey, tsp granola, tiny scoops of Acai, no extra strawberries, no peanut butter. They used to be good to me. After this experience. I'll never go there again. Tropical Smoothie is where I'll be going...
