Taco Bell — Restaurant in Tallmadge

I went through the drive thru with a fairly large order to feed 7 people..I always make sure to tell them ahead of time that the order is bigger, it just feels like the polite thing to do..I immediately received attitude from the person taking the order. After completing my order I was told to wait one moment before receiving my total, no problem at all..3 minutes or so passed by of silence, and I asked if they'd like me to drive up to the window. Gentleman responded very rudely, that he asked me to "give them a moment." There were two cars behind me also waiting. The last car was pretty upset, and yelled that I needed to move the #$%@ up..I popped my head out the window and apologized, saying that I was told to wait..it wasn't me WANTING to sit there. Employees could obviously hear, and I was greeted again with an angry "just move up to the window"...I paid my amount due, received one box and waited for the other bag..I didn't receive my receipt, so I asked if I could get it... he shot the window before i could finish my sentence..there were over 17 items, and it helps me when checking to make sure all items were received before leaving..I was told it was in the bag. Pulled over to check items. No receipt in bag. The guy behind me, pulls up next to me to tell me that the employee working the window called me a liar.. said I was never told to wait, and he couldn't believe that I had the nerve to order as much as I did. I had to feed 6 children..I didn't have an attitude with any employee, I even apologized for having a larger order ahead of time. Ive never had an experience like this before..I will never return to...

You know you would think being in a nice area you would have at least a semi decent experience with them but guess again. We’ve been here three times, and they have messed up the ENTIRE order every time. Now we usually aren’t the type of people to complain especially if it’s a busy day, but this last time we were their only customers. We called up after we arrived home, only to be assisted by a very rude manager informing us we had to take our children back out in a thunderstorm to get our money back. So we called corporate and they finally (and politely I might add) handled our issue. My issue is the employees at this Taco Bell. I have never thought I would get to meet some one who could be considered subhuman but this place has proven me wrong. The level of stupidity is staggering. This isn’t just regular stupidity you can come by genetically, this is practiced stupidity. They had to work at this stupidity. This level of stupidity requires years of specialized training. This is a Job reserved for either people just getting started in the job market, or people too stupid to do anything else. Somehow they found people who couldn’t even handle these simple tasks. If I wasn’t so annoyed I would be genuinely concerned if someone was making sure that these people remember to breathe. Where do you even go to hire someone that dumb? I have actual concern of drool in the food. The fact that these people are allowed to use sharp objects would be honestly terrifying if I didn’t see it for what is;...

Ordered a Crunchwrap supreme and it looked nothing close to that. I basically just ate the tortilla and the taco shell that they put in there, there were barely any meat and or even lettuce. So I went back to Taco Bell and tried to explain that to the manager and she was really rude. She told me that she has been making the food for the past 2 hours and that she put what was allowed for her to put in according to Taco Bell’s portion instructions. I had brought the Crunchwrap with me so she could see but refused and then told me that if I wanted more meat I would have to be charged extra, that would have been fine if the Crunchwrap actually had the right portion of meat but it did not. Anyways I had asked to speak to a manager and to my surprise she was also the manager and then told me that there was nothing she could do and then told me to leave . She would not even look at the Crunchwrap or listen to anything I was trying to tell her. All I wanted was for her to look at the Crunchwrap and see for herself.
