The owner was rude it was two females in the store being rude and try to start a fight behind my back why the server who served the food came to the front and tried to put me out and took the people who tried to fight me in the back being Heavener and told me I need to leave the store I need to go why they were still in the store trying to pick a fight to people call themselves picking a fight and wanted to jump me behind my back, my day is not from here and I was in from there I need all your natural the long way to get some food and then after that I called back because they didn't give me the food that I order meatloaf I never seen meatloaf come with brown gravy they gave me something that they just wanted to give me a peach cobbler crust with burnt I had a nerve to say over the phone that's the crazy lady I never served him I'm doing all that I can do and I'll what it will take me to close them down and report them into the corporate office I cannot stay and...

A little hole in the wall joint which I love but I should have known something was up when they had no cups for drinks. A customer offered to go get him cups and he actually allowed that. They were out of several sides that you didn't find out about until you finished ordering. The final straw was that they had no way to take credit cards. His system was down so no credit cards, which he was accepting via iPad, and he couldn't give me a receipt which was not attached at all. I loved this place. Really nice ppl and the food was amazing! 8/29 edited review.. Yes the food is amazing and the staff is nice but this is the SECOND time that I've driven from North Tampa to support this business DURING business hours only to not be open. What a shame myself and 2 other ppl were here today to do business all greeted with locked doors w/a sign on the door saying open. I went right across the street to JerkHut and brought some of the best oxtails ever. A little pricey but worth it.
