Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Tampa

OMG where do I begin. Every time I have been there it's a problem. New employees constantly, no product don't have cinnamon don't have cappuccino mix. One day the manager made my drink and swore up and down she put cinnamon on top of my drink and it wasn't she finally admitted it wasn't. There is never enough people on shift ever! Yesterday I was there and there were two people working one which was new the place was busy and the lid to the the ice cream was left up so all the ice cream was melting down other products sitting out that shouldn't be and all because the two that were there were overloaded. Partially my fault for giving this location so many chances. It is on my way to work so out of pure convenience I sometimes stop by. Several times I have pre-ordered and paid for items then told that they were out of stock and given some other item, that I did not want. I have asked for refunds but never received anything. I tried using the app for a refund and that got me no where also. Horrible service. Also one time I got an iced coffee that tasted like Orange Juice. This place disappoints on a consistent basis. I’m not sure how they’re still in business. Maybe I’m even dumber to keep coming back. I stopped in to get a Sunday and they were out of vanilla ice cream. How can you run out of vanilla ice cream in an ice cream store?
