The guys at the stand were really kind and the food got out quickly— could definitely tell the ingredients in my wrap were quality (especially the meat) and it was simple but absolutely delicious. My little brother ordered the godfather on Cuban and crushed it (it was also scrumptious/delectable). Will be coming back when I’m in the area again for sure!!!

We were looking for something new and close by our home and we found this nice quaint food truck. My girlfriend and I decided to get food Tristan’s and it did not disappoint. I ordered the breakfast while my girlfriend ordered a chicken and steak quesadilla. Both items were absolutely phenomenal and filled with meat. Yummy!

As an update to the review below.... I am a total regular customer. Today I tried the Saturday BBQ Pork Ribs. I am not surprised..... They are totally delicious. Moist and super flavorful. I can not say enough good things about Tristan's Amazing Bites. Try this place.
