Since I have not seen a reply I’ll just leave this here....

Maybe my timeline could be misconstrued, you may have me confused with someone else. Just to explain my frustration......when we sat down the bartender did come to the table, she only acknowledged my buddy took his order and walked off never giving me the time to get a single word in. When she returned with his drink my other friend had shown up so she makes small talk with him and takes his order and again walks off.....it wasn’t until he said ma’am my friend here would like to order a drink that she decided to acknowledge I was even there. My buddy made the speedo joke and the other fellow really liked the pizza. They had a great time and enjoyed the food, my experience just wasn’t the same. I did not realize that there was a sign stating that all orders should be placed at the bar, now I know. I apologize I don’t want to be difficult I just don’t appreciate being looked past as if I wasn’t there.

The bartender was rude and let us sit for 30 minutes until she asked us what we wanted. Some of the food is extremely overpriced for the quality and taste. I would not...

Absolutely fantastic food. I got the Cuban with seasoned fries, the chicken salad wrap with yogurt parfait, and a Hawaiian pizza. Yes it was all just for me, I had to pull an all nighter to study for a board exam, don't judge. Each one of those were delicious in their own way. Cuban was incredibly savory, and the fries were crispy. I used the yogurt parfait as sauce for the chicken salad wrap and I was doing a happy dance in my seat while eating sweet chicken combo, don't knock it until you try it! Hawaiian pizza had some big chunks of pineapple and ham with a crispy and soft dough. If I had stayed in Tampa more I would have tried more from their menu, but the ones I had each knocked it out of the park. Will definitely go again if I'm...

Hidden 20% service charge. She listed it as a 20% tip. Not sure if that is a new policy because it didn't exist a year ago. Definitely feeling like I got scammed. If you want to eat here, just add 20% to the price (after taxes.)

Update: I brought this up to the person taking my order and that the tip was not mandatory (another review received a response saying that it wasn't mandatory.) She immediately became hostile claiming that I was entitled, because I received a 15% discount with a 20% tip added on. Luckily I brought this up in time to have my purchase refunded.
