Billy's Seafood & Gyros — Restaurant in Tampa

So far I've been there twice and had a decent experience. The hushpuppies are yummy, but items like the fries and calamari may need some work to enhance the taste and appeal. Got fried chicken, hushpuppies and fries last Sunday night the fries had zero taste they weren't seasoned plus they were the uneven cut fries you usually get at the bottom of the bag that's not a good look. Got Calamari Friday night an I may have left them in the container to long had to stop at WAWA down the street before going home, once I did start to eat I tasted more of the breading than the actual calamari and again I may have let humidity inside the container to negatively effect my experience. Wen a customer say they drink tasty watery that's what they tast u dnt say or tell someone everyone else come in dnt say it tasty watery. 1st I'm not them my money is not there money .then food 5wings an fries I got 2 combos of 5 wings an fries one I wan fried hard ex sauce bule cheese Dippin sauce I didn't ask for both to be fried hard or ex sauce mild they was fried hard but not sauces or extra sauce on one like I asked them to be.i would not ask no one to go eat here the fries was a small hand full inside looks like this place for bumms to come in as u are just dirty looking on the inside. I will not eat angin.the food not worth my money or anyone ...

I do want to mention I did go here late at night. I saw all the five-star star reviews and was hoping for a 5-star meal, and it's not. Fries I got where half cooked, wings were big and okay for the most part, but it wasn't any better than wings anywhere else. Shrimp was okay, not too crispy a little soggy. Gyro was greasy, lettuce was yellow/brown tomatoes where fresh looking. They seem to only own one kind of seasoning and use it generously on everything they made... chicken and gyros are two different things, fries and fried shrimp, again to opposite things, so why am I getting the same seasoning for all 4?
