Super rude beyond belief. First of all my parents and my sister and aswell myself know the manager from the Columbus location, however it sort of dumbfounded me that he was being rude himself... so my girlfriend and I go in and right off the bat this girl gets 2 burgers that say ketchup and lettuce only and somehow ignorantly gets it as a all the way burger.. HOW!?!?! Anyway my girlfriend gets her food we already are waiting a long period after the kids in the back cooking food finish playing around on the clock... about time my girlfriend gets her food to eat she looks at her burger this burger has everything on it... and the receipt in which said ketchup and lettuce only... and so she goes up to the counter to the main manager, AND HES ARGUING HER DOWN ABOUT IT!! and after awhile she demands a refund because of course who is gonna trust food when the people cooking it can’t even take the business seriously and the employees are horseplaying... and he says “bring back the food you paid for!” And so like first of all most restaurants don’t even take back the food if it’s already been touched by a customer... but mind you this is a manager I heard earlier this same visit tell a customer that also recognized him from the Columbus location and hearing him say “I like to keep all my customers happy!” Like how are you gonna be a manager and argue a customer down and demand back food even after YOUR employees mistakes and being so rude as to argue back with a customer... anyway my girlfriend comes back angrily and takes her food back saying “he told me to take back everything I paid for..” and when I heard that I calmly ask what’s going on.. and I hear this man complain to his cashier employee saying “if y’all weren’t horsing around so much, I got a angry woman yelling at me!” ... anyway I show him the receipt without even saying a word and he says the receipt will say everything and sure enough... it says KETCHUP AND LETTUCE ONLY!! And so he pauses like he’s literally scolding this cashier in front of us asking how did she make that mistake as she says “it wasn’t me, I don’t know how that happened!” Like man we already wasted time coming for a mistake on y’alls part why you gonna make this more difficult on paying customers... and like I said this manager was super nice at the old location I completely understand the fast food industry isn’t easy but you cannot be like that to any customer until you can prove that they are wrong and even so.. you don’t just argue them down and demand already touched food back... like in this case we deserved some sort of compensation for not only lackluster and time consuming service but.. rude service at that.. looking forward to contacting corporate once I get the chance... this is...
