I recently had the unfortunate displeasure of visiting my local KFC/Taco Bell location, and the experience left me utterly appalled and deeply disappointed. First and foremost, the person taking the orders displayed an astonishing level of rudeness that was simply unacceptable. Their complete lack of a polite tone and dismissive attitude towards customers was a clear indication of their utter disregard for providing even a semblance of quality service. It was disheartening to be met with curt responses and a "no" whenever they didn't have an item available, without any attempt to offer alternatives or provide a reasonable explanation.
Furthermore, to add insult to injury, my order was incomplete. Upon realizing this, I decided to go inside the restaurant, only to find the entrance locked. I politely knocked, hoping for someone to address my concern. However, instead of acknowledging my presence, the staff members merely stared at me, as if I were an inconvenience. Feeling disheartened, I had no choice but to return to the drive-thru window to rectify the situation.
When I informed the staff member at the window about the missing item, their response was utterly shocking. Not only did they fail to offer any form of apology, but their dismissive tone and lack of empathy were beyond comprehension. Their cold response of "second window" without any acknowledgement of their mistake or attempt to rectify it left me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a customer.
The level of unprofessionalism and indifference displayed by the staff at this particular KFC/Taco Bell location is truly disconcerting. It is evident that customer satisfaction and the provision of quality service are not priorities for them. As a long-time customer, this experience has left an indelible mark, tarnishing the reputation of an otherwise well-known fast-food chain.
I strongly advise potential customers to consider alternative dining options to avoid the frustration and disappointment that accompanies a visit to this particular location. The lack of basic customer service etiquette, coupled with the complete disregard for rectifying mistakes, showcases a severe lack of professionalism and managerial oversight.

I rarely make a complain about anything but this will definitely be something that I will share just so management will do something about it.
Last Thursday night at about 9 pm, I ordered a bucket of chicken thru the mobile app. It was ready for pick up so I drove to the location to get my food coz itās āReady for Pick Upā. When I went there, the young lady just told me to cancel the order because they donāt have chickens anymore and I told them how come that the order was āreadyā and I already paid for it. She said they canāt do anything about it coz they donāt have chickens anymore and the other staff offered if I want the tenders instead and I said no I donāt want that.
So they told me to cancel it coz they cannot cancel the order from their side. And I asked how? She doesnāt know either how to cancel the order so I said il park and call customer service. They were not helpful at all . I was so confused about what happened.
They could have just canceled my order in the first place if they donāt have chickens anymore so I donāt have to waste my time and effort to go there.
I have to call customer service and spend a few minutes to talk to the agent and wait for another few more minutes to be transferred to the refund agent. The money was nothing coz itās just $10 but the time and effort I wasted? They canāt give me that back. I came from a looonggg day at work and I was looking forward for that chicken so I can bring it to my kids and that happened. I lost gas, time , effort for nothing. Totally terrible and inconvenient experience in that branch. Not coming...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSo disappointed with this place my wife really likes to eat a taco bell and kfc So needless to say we've been to the store many times I have a daughter who is in the hospital nearby and has been for some time so we end up eating here every time I go I have a certain way we order our food they never get it right the other day they even said that we couldn't order it that way Finally they realize that I knew that it could be made that way and they said oh yeah what he ring it up different Then once we got the food to the table it was incorrect I brought it backup and they told me that the order was put in with the incorrect Kind of meat so I had to pay more not my fault it was ring up in correctly the register even said I apologize it was my fault and then the manager comes over and says no we're gonna have to charge you extra and then goes out the door talking to somebody who is waiting on her making remarks about me and my wife because we had a special order my wife is allergic to tomatoes so tomatoes cannot be on our order and that was an issue I will not go back to this KFC Taco Bell I will drive out of my way or find another restaurant I am completely disappointed And the employees at the store This is not the way a business should be ran especially in the food service industry how do you expect to stay open if you can't service the people that come and keep your store afloat I may have went there 15 times in the last month but no more I will be taking my money...
