Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Tampa

Every visit to this Taco Bell has been wonderful, hence the 3 instead of 1 star, minus this evening. I am very disappointed in how I was treated by the woman working the drive thru. I ordered kfc and Taco Bell, I ordered from both after I asked the woman if I was able to do so because I have had door dash orders canceled because they couldn’t give both.. Unfortunately I only received my Taco Bell order. I did not realize that items had been missing, until I arrived home and unloaded the food for my family to eat. I immediately got back in my car, not even 10 minutes after pulling out of the drive thru, and called the store multiple times to let them know I was on the way for the rest of my food. Nobody answered the phone, so I figured they are all busy making other’s orders so I figured I would just go in and let them know I was missing food and it would be a quick transaction. Upon my arrival I talk to the gentleman about my order missing items and the woman working the drive thru, disrespectfully, questions me on if I ‘actually went through the drive thru’ and how it took me getting home to realize I was missing food.. This caught me off guard because I have distinguishable tattoos and other features that I’m hard to miss.. I was not rude, or trying to be a ‘Karen’, so I just took the nasty tone with a grain of salt and kept it moving. I called my boyfriend to see if the receipt was in the bag and the woman goes “we don’t put the receipt in the bag!”.. so I was charged for food and never got an itemized receipt, but that is besides the point. Even after being disrespected, I continued to be kind and have an open mind as to why I was getting such treatment from her. The workers who were making the food in the back were telling her to look up the order in the computer to make sure and I don’t believe she did. If I was wrong and she did not put the KFC order in and I did not pay for the items I did not receive, then I would have gladly paid for the food because of the misunderstanding.. I even brought my wallet in because I was worried that was the case and I don’t want free food. I felt belittled and like I was in the wrong because of a simple mistake, which I clarified with her before ordering from both parts of the restaurant, and it was not right or fair. I hope the woman, and all the workers, who I encountered tonight stay blessed and have a wonderful rest...

Deserves no stars… 09/24/23 at approximately 12:37pm at KFC/Taco bell on Armenia Ave Tampa Fl. My experience was literally hell. The staff cursed me out while I was looking at the menu at drive thru and a employee asked me how can they help me and I was still looking at the menu literally getting ready to tell her that I was still looking at the menu and before I could get it out she asked me the same question again but yelled it out to me extremely rude and I’ve never ever been talked to like that at a fast food or restaurant ever. I was so upset and frustrated and I told her that she didn’t need to be rude and she even got me out of my character because I gave her exactly what she gave to me and the another gets on the microphone speaker in I am assuming it’s the manager and I also assume that it’s a black lady like myself from the tone of her voice she gets to cursing me out like a dog and she started talking about my momma in everything, it was crazy. She told me that I can’t place in order into leave and I was so hungry and craving some Taco Bell/KFC right at that moment. I’ll NEVER ORDER HERE EVER AGAIN UNTIL YOU GUYS GET COMPLETELY NEW STAFF WITH RESPECT AND DIGNITY UNTIL THEN ILL...

I have always used this Taco Bell it’s a very convienent location. However for over a year now I have been very unhappy with either the quality or the service it never fails for one of these things to be a terrible experience. I tried giving it chances but I will no longer bring my business here and will tell others to avoid it as well. The line is always backed up atleast 20 minutes with no good excuse and the workers are very unprofessional. I was talked rudely about between two employees for having to wait on me for 30 seconds,literally in front of my face, after I had just waited on them to serve me for 20 minutes,so I cancelled my order and left. It was absolutely ghetto! My order rarely ever comes out correct or fresh now a days. Hiring and management must have went very downhill, however plenty of Taco Bell’s in the area to go to instead.
