i ordered online, which i never do, because i worked today and i was running late. since the drive-thru was empty i thought i could come ask if i could still go thru and get my one muffin i ordered or if i should park and wait inside. everything was totally fine and she was really nice saying she needed my name and she would pull it up. then i guess she noticed i had just put my order in bc she just hesitated and kept saying uhm so i explained that i knew i had just put the order in and that i didn’t expect it to be ready i was just wondering where i should wait. well i guess i shouldn’t have don’t that bc apparently they pull the order right when u pull up thru the drive thru. which i am a manager at my own store(retail) so i understand getting frustrated but i really had no idea that’s how that worked and she made it seem like it was such a major inconvenience that i had pulled thru the drive thru (that nobody was in) and asked a question…..i know it’s not a huge big ole deal but it left a bad taste in my mouth and the energy just made me upset i usually go to a different starbucks closer to work but they don’t have a drive thru. i think i prefer there though, they always treat me...

Went here 3 days ago, just me and my boyfriend. The cashier was rushing us to order and they werent even busy then every time we talked to give her our order she would cut us off and start asking questions without letting us finish what we were saying. Got there at 4pm and it seriously took 30 minutes to make 1 peppermint mocha frappe and 1 green tea frappe with mint added to it!! 30 minutes!!! No lie!! The drinks were VERY watery and nasty. They were not blended well at all! They forgot to put the chocolate things on top of my whipped cream for the peppermint mocha frappe and also forgot to put the chocolate drizzle on my boyfriends drink that he asked for. I have NEVER had a bad experience at a starbucks and this was this first. We only stopped at this location because it was on the way to where we were going. We will NEVER go back to this location. Not to mention it was dirty inside, straw wrappers everywhere on floors and tables, crumbs on tables... people just stood around instead of cleaning in their down time. Carrollwood is 100% better, we will continue to go that one because the service is fantastic and...
