There aren't enough words to describe how wonderful working with Botija was. I contacted her on a whim, hoping she would be able to help me. I'm in Connecticut and was looking for someone to help my Grandma's 80th Birthday special. Botija was immediately responsive, helpful, and so genuine. She helped me create a vision for the cake I wanted and even accomodated the flavor profile I was looking for. Even more impressive, she was able to deliver the cake to my grandma.

It's hard to trust working with someone when you are so far away, but Botija made it easy and comforting. My family had nothing but amazing things to say about her too.... she was professional, friendly, kind and timely. They also said the cake was DELICIOUS!!!!! Due to COVID restrictions we were unable to gather for my mother's 90th Birthday. Living out of state added to the challenge. I contacted Botija about making a special cake for mom's 90th. She was willing to work with a favorite family cake recipe and add decorations that were meaningful to my mother. With all the COVID uncertainties, the delivery location kept changing but Botija went with the flow. The cake was delivered on time and it was beautiful!! Our sons cake turned out adorable. We sent several pictures with circled items we wanted on the cake then decided which could be applied. The cake was adorable and hand sculpted dinosaur and volcano was a hit. I especially appreciate the cake being smoothly decorated in frosting with minimum fondant. We opted for a 3 tier and 3 flavors, lemon, chocolate, vanilla. This cake was more dense than some 1 layer sheet cakes and the moisture was still there ever so lightly giving off hints of flavor.
