I know they just opened this location but it isn’t like their Davis Island location.
The building owner needs to work with this tenant to ventilate the space properly. There is insufficient exhaust to the point that at 8:30 a.m., there is fog (literally) of food floating in the area. This is not a place for those with sensitivities to scents or migraines.
It was deafening in the space and I barely could communicate to the staff about my order.
My muffins were still cold after being heated up. To the point, I threw a potion of the muffin out.
The seating arrangement is terrible and blocks the merchandise and line ‘flow’ for service.

Cons: -Average, burnt tasting espresso + thin, watery foam in my cappuccino -Extremely small space with inadequate ventilation, there was visible smoke in the air from the staff heating up breakfast for the morning rush -Poorly organized space, a large shelf and a rotating greeting card stand are totally unnecessary and take up precious standing/sitting room -Pale, limp, unappealing pastries.
