ive never been to this checkers before and today i decided to stop by with my 4 children and to be honest i wont ever be coming back here again. the lady at the register (Mbabene 20035) was just flat out rude from the beginning without cause. i told her i had a coupon to redeem and she became annoyed by that. she even took it as far as to snatching the coupon out of my hand for no reason it was unbelievable! she then turned around and said the coupon was not working and could not be redeemed ( coupon was not wrinkled and did not expire until 6/5/2022) when i requested to have one of my sandwiches customized she huffed and puffed and rolled her eyes in front of me seriously! and started talking about me to the other coworker out loud. i requested the other employee there to please give my coupon another try to redeem and guess what?! it went through with no problems go figure! right? and when it came for me to pay for my order she did not want to even reach out to get my debit card. to top it all off my entire order was all wrong!! i ordered 4 big bufords and 2 classic mother crunchers you know what she gave me?! 4 all american cheeseburgers and 2 spicy chicken sandwiches WHY????! she completely ripped me off 100% PLEASE dont hire people that hate their jobs that bad and/or are racist towards hispanics. and i say this because the customers that were of african american she was treated with decency but when it came to me the only hispanic there she absolutely made sure to make an onvious point and all this in the presence of my 4 small children which to me was a very low blow. i left out of there with my feelings hurt but most of all appalled...

This location is open late. Their fast service and wide selection of choices make it a great, quick option.

The staff is super nice and very helpful. Great drink options and they always seem to have something interesting and tasty to try. Right now they have some amazing tropical slushy drinks, perfect alone or mixed with some spiced rum for an easy and delicious adult beverage.

The wings are great with lots of sauce choices available. The fries are incredible. If you haven't had the funnel cake fries you are really missing out.

With everything from burgers, chicken, fish and chicken wings I'd say even the pickyist of eaters will find something to enjoy.

The dessert options also have a wide range of great choices. From the Apple pie, the milkshake and as I mentioned earlier those awesome funnel cake fries.

The location is easily noticeable and convenient to access being on the corner of Nebraska and Florabraska. They are typically busy enough to always have freshly made food.

I like this place as a great late night option when you don't want to deal with a sit down meal, especially when most places open serve primarily breakfast. It's inexpensive, quick and tasty.

The worst service. The guy working the window last night was rude before I could even order. Throwing his hands up and making faces after I reversed because I started pulling into the drive thru the wiring way. THERE ARE NO WRONG WAY SIGNS OR ANYTHING TO HINT AT THE WRONG ENTRANCE. So I order a Texas Roadhouse combo with water, a chicken bites box, XL fry lovers and a 5 piece BONELESS wing (just the wings). My total was $21 and change. He didn't offer a receipt and I asked if that total was correct. He then gave us two bags but no drink and said to pull around and park for the wings. Eventually they arrived but still never gave us our drink. We had just left a concert in Ybor and drove almost two hours to get to Tampa. Didn't mind waiting but to not give good service and possibly overcharge someone for their food because you're in a foul mood and hate your job or whatever reason is no way to act for a Certified Trainer at least.
