I would personally give half a star or zero if it were an option.
Ordered $90 worth of food via Uber Eats and when it arrived, 3 of our BOGO items were missing. Called the restaurant and spoke with someone who said he couldn't access online orders, so then had the manager call me. The manager then argued with me, first saying that I must have gotten the wrong order, then said I must be lying about the missing items and that they were in there. Then he asked if the bag was sealed, and when I said yes, it was STAPLED SHUT, he then told me the UBER DRIVER must have opened it and STOLE the BOGO items. (Which makes no sense since it was sealed shut). Then told me to "just contact Uber" and when I asked him, "so you aren't going to send me the missing items or refund me?" he said "no, just call Uber." and hung up. Absolutely disgraceful service. Wouldn't recommend unless you want half your order to be delivered, being overcharged, and/or called a liar by a store manager. 0 out of 5 stars to say...
Read moreI can't believe I blew away almost $30 at China Moon I don't know if it's because when I got there I asked what time they close and she said they close in 10 minutes or they're always like this but this general toast chicken is not general toast chicken it tastes like ketchup and sugar they didn't even try to separate the chicken sauce from the rice I was going to eat the rice but I realized it's nothing but pork two shrimp and two pieces of chicken in it it's supposed to be House special rice it don't taste special the crab ragu is not very good either I can save the sweet and sour chicken is okay but that general toast chicken is soggy and the sauce is like watered down or something but it does taste like ketchup and sugar I would never go back to this place in my life that was my first time going there in the last I would not recommend this spot I have passed by this restaurant a lot in the past and never stop there until tonight I will never get...

I called to inquire about a price of an item because it appeared to be rather high when I checked my bank account and saw the charge. To start off with, I ordered two platters but when the order was delivered, they only sent one which myself and guest then decided to share. When I called and simply asked about the cost of the item, the person was extremely rude which I had never encountered before. I asked to speak to the owner and she replied she was the owner. To be an owner of a restaurant and be that rude to someone who USE to be a frequent customer was less that desirable.
