UPDATE: Just 2 weeks later, my meal was dismal. Once again got blackened salmon dish med-rare. Got rice this time.

Rice was a little bland, broccoli limp and undercooked, and salmon ASSASSINATED: A thin, flat hockey puck (thinner, really) that was EXTRA-WELL. A "salmon cracker."

Partner got fish and chips, two HUGE pieces. But when I got it last week, ONE huge piece and one 1/3rd piece. 😔

Service still great, but have to take off 2 solid stars for such food inconsistencies!

First time today going on a Saturday nite, so they were busy... but this level of meal inconsistency is unreasonable still.

Plus, they never (ever) seem to answer the phone. So I can't get this right til tomorrow. I trust that the WONDERFUL people there will redo - and get it perfect like the first time!

Got the blackened salmon medium-rare with broccoli and fries. DELICIOUS and cooked just right. Nice and sizable salmon fillet, cooked surprisingly well for what looks to be a dive.

Nice, helpful bartenders/servers, great drink made (white Russian), though I should've asked for an extra splash of Bailey's and two extra splashes of kahlua.

Fish and chips is GREAT, and fish is HUGE. Great deal for $10.

The yellow rice is surprisingly tasty! I'll have to get it next time. Usually rice sides are a bit bland.

But they ASSASSINATED my partner's red snapper. EXTREMELY TOUGH hunk of "meat" that definitely would've been sent back for a redo if we'd eaten in. Definitely wouldn't get that again, even with special cooking instructions.

I am writing to express my disappointment and concern about an incident that took place at your restaurant, in which I was questioned and told to leave while sitting outside with my service dog, despite the fact that my dog was well-behaved and under control at our table. During our encounter, your staff assumed that my dog was just a pet and attempted to deny me service, which not only caused me distress and embarrassment but also violated the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). I want to emphasize that the ADA requires businesses to allow service animals to accompany their handlers into all areas where customers are normally allowed to go, including outside seating areas of restaurants.

I also want to stress that, just as with any other customer, you should not make assumptions about a person's disability based on their appearance or behavior. Assuming that a dog is a pet and denying access to a person with a disability and their service animal is not only discriminatory but also goes against the principles of the ADA.

I hope that this incident serves as a reminder to you and your staff of the importance of treating all customers with respect and dignity, regardless of their disability status. I also hope that you will take the necessary steps to ensure that your staff is educated about the ADA's guidelines for service animals.

I would like to resolve this matter amicably, but I must also remind you that the consequences of violating the ADA's guidelines for service animals may result in legal action. I hope that we can work together to ensure that this does not happen again...

The food is excellent when you get what you paid for ! I’ve been here a number of times & bragged HIGHLY about the place to a friend . She finally made it out here to try & she ordered a Philly CHEESEsteak sandwich that had zero cheese && I the BLUE burger with extra blue cheese tht came with zero blue cheese on it . This was late at night when I was on my way home to my kids to let the sitter go home so I tried about a hundred times to call & have this issue fixed but no one I guess can be bothered there to answer their phone . I’d have been okay with driving back for a replacement but I needed it to be in the works as , due to the time & my inability with the kids to be out that night too long , I needed to be quick . So since nobody answered , I took a video of the food completely showing my issue & went up the next day & was told it was past 24 hours which it was not seeing as I was there early afternoon time & it was late at night around 11pm I ordered the night before & I was only given a “free meal” with the purchase of another that is truly useless to me as I generally come to the place alone needing 1 meal . $30 something dollars to be unhappy . I probably sound a tad crazy but times are hard & if I’m craving blue cheese & get a BLUE CHEESE burger .. it’s very disappointing when it’s missing that key ingredient as well as the cheese on my friends Philly CHEESEsteak .
