I've been using this Dominos for a couple years now. It was fine the first few orders I made, then it was downhill from there. Drivers repeatedly couldn't find my apartment even with detailed instructions. Orders came later and later. Then the orders were wrong. I contacted corporate about a month and a half ago after a horrible customer service experience with one of the geniuses at this store and my order being made wrong. I was contacted by the store manager who left me a voicemail saying they put 2 free medium pizzas on my account for the issues I've had. I honestly wasn't going to use them again, free pizzas or not. But, my husband decided to call last night to redeem the free pizzas over the phone. We put in our order and was given a total for the extra items we ordered and told 45-50 minutes for delivery. After 1.5 hours, I called the store to see where the order was. They said they didn't have any orders for me and sounded annoyed I was even calling. After some back and forth, they said they can make the order. I said I wasn't going to wait another hour for the delivery since it was almost 10pm at that time. The girl on the phone relayed that message to her coworker, and she hung up the phone on me. I called back 3 more times and she hung up on me. These people are completely unprofessional and lack any problem solving or people skills. Service is pathetic. I suggest using a pizza place that isn't corporate with workers who...
Read moreUpdate: gave them another try after they had been open a while and the experience was much better. Our pizza was ready timely and the pickup window outside is helpful (they still don’t do curbside despite the app saying they do). The quality is much improved and due to this, we’ve started ordering more frequently and each time the quality is good and order is ready quickly. Parking is a nightmare, but beyond that, much better.
Old review: Decided to give this new location a try, haven’t had Domino’s in years, and... beyond disappointed. I ordered the “carside delivery” option because I’m immune compromised, and you know, we’re in a pandemic. I followed instructions when it was ready I parked with my hazards on and let them know I was there in the app. No one ever came out. I saw other people doing the same and just going inside. Frustrated, I finally did the same. The worker there told me that “we don’t do that” when I asked if someone was coming outside, and proceeded to be very rude the entire time while trying to pick up my order.
Wish I could say the pizza was worth it, but it was burnt, and there were scraps of toppings on my pizza that I didn’t order on mine, really sloppy put together.
Another big chain store with terrible service and product in this neighborhood. When compared to the amazing neighborhood restaurants with good service, I’ll never...
Read moreWhat people are saying about the food and service is true. I just got my food delivered from there and the pizza was undone so i had to put mines back in the oven for more 15 minutes. The fat white guy that delivers your food had forgotten my salad today when he came to deliver the first time so he had to go back to the store to get it. When it comes to the delivery, it is god awful. I literally stay 4 blocks down from them and it takes them about 45 minutes to deliver the food which is terrible because the domino's tracker shows that the food is on its way to be delivered but yet takes them almost an hour to deliver it when I don't even stay a mile away from them. What they really need is more deliver drivers and good bakers because a customer shouldn't have to pay for a pizza that is undone and have to be put back in the oven to be cooked, if I wanted to do that, I could've gotten frozen pizza from the store across the street from me. If you as a consumer going to order from this store be careful and be specific and rather you do carryout than delivery, then that way they can actually cook the pizza all the way through (not rush it). Not to mention, the pizza I've gotten didn't even have tomato sauce on it just plain cheese and one pepperoni...
