Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Tampa

I normally love Domino's Pizza. I eat there two or three times a month on a minimum. I regularly get items other than pizza including pastas, flatbreads, chicken, bread twists, etc...

I was actually excited to find that this particular location offered a dine-in option with a handful of tables. I had three teenagers with me and thought it would be a great place to stop.

The food was horrible. We ordered two pizzas, chicken alfredo pasta, and four sodas.

The pizzas looked worse than the worst mall pizza you can buy. They were extremely greasy, overcooked (with what looked like burnt spots on the pizza itself) and a had crunchy outer crust..... when it was a hand tossed pizza.

The Alfredo tasted nothing like Alfredo. It tasted like somebody melted margarine and threw a whole lot of garlic in it. It was literally inedible.

The only part of our meal that was right, tasted right, and was completely acceptable... were the bottled Coca-Cola products.

When I said something about how bad the pasta was, I wasn't offered a refund just a credit on my account for next time. The kids ate some of the pizza... After begging me not to take it back. Even so, one teenager had three bites of one slice only, another had just two slices when he normally eats six slices of a large pizza, and while the third did eat more -even he said it wasn't very good.

I can't knock Domino's in general but I would avoid this particular location at all costs. It's worth the drive to go to a...

Knowing that the store opens at 10:30 am daily, I called yesterday to place an order for my preschool lunch today. (I have done this several times in the past) I spoke with Ashley who was very helpful and efficient with taking my order. She understood and reassured me that the order will be delivered by 11:00 am, in time for the children's lunch. Today, at 11:05am the food did not arrive! I called and was verbally abused by the manager, Devon and his assistant. He said that I MUST understand that "this store is a business store and not a residential store, and he has other orders to fill that is more important....Advent Health and other businesses in the area. He also asked me who took my order. I told him Ashley's name and reiterated that she assured me that the order will be delivered by 11:00 am. He said," well, she lied!" I cannot finish your order because I am the one cooking it! The order did not arrive until 11:37 am. Needless to say, that children went home hungry today! Sent me a salad that had black spoiled wilted lettuce. I called in, the lady said she would refund my money. 30 minutes later, here at my hotel room door is another black salad. I called. A guy answered the phone and said he can't refund "just a salad". He would have to refund my whole ticket. I said, "ok, go ahead" he refused. He said he can give credit or send something that worth the cost of the salad. 1. Credit won't work. He don't live in this area and we are going home tomorrow morning. 2. We are a family of 3. We don't eat that much. So.. if you are visiting Tampa, and hope that you can get a great meal... DONT ORDER FROM HERE!! I spent $50 and got so screwed over that I will never ever order from here again. I'll be a pizza hut...
