It's much better after the first shift leaves. When second shift picks up, its becomes a sweet dream of heaven. There are two women that know how to talk to customers and make it very easy to gain a trust with them. As regulars to that Dunken Donuts, our stay has been very welcome to the two women (One with curly brown hair and one with blonde hair). Not only do they provide the best customer service, they also know how to make a damn good coffee. Me thinks these two individuals should be promoted, shame on upper management to neglect doing so. Thank 2nd shift for making life easier for us.

I'm sorry but the first shift is straight up ghetto, I have never received so much ignorance from the manager himself and careless staff. Ordered coffee the way I order it everyday and he asks me 21 questions. Queen Latifa was very rude to me when I pulled up and not only could I feel the negative aura on her, I also get the look of death from the manager in the back. When I order from the day shift, I usually drive around and test my drinks in the parking lot before I pull off, cause it seems every time I order from this shift, I get a medium cup filled with water and brown food coloring with some added salt.
This is practically everyday, but I guess it's time to switch to a different Dunken Donuts. I just hope that the 2nd shift coincidentally transfers to the store I've begun to attend. Or maybe Dunken will build one between Stadium Dunken and Armenia, that has a much cleaner and higher rated staff, with the two women...

I went to the drive thru this morning ordered a few breakfast items. I get to the window to pay and wanted to add a chocolate sprinkle donut and some bacon. At this time I hadn’t paid yet, I simply asked if I could add those couple items. The woman at the window asks Rebecca apparently she is an assistant manager at that location. Immediately started clapping her hands yelling saying she is on a timer to keep it moving. That I needed to go around and re order at this time she has maybe 10 cars plus. I am very grateful for what I assume was another manager I can’t remember her name but she was very kind and professional and said she would get the donut and bacon for me. At this time Rebecca is still hollering about holding her line when in fact it was something as simple as a donut and bacon. Why are you arguing with a paying customer? I asked her. I asked for her name and told her I would report her because it was very rude for her to continue the back and forth when I wasn’t even nasty and my one year old child is in the car listening to the way she handled me it was completely unnecessary. Rebecca had no idea who I was or how serious this matter was to me. I was about to leave and not get anything because of how much of a toxic response I received from a simple question. Read moreHighly upset at the management in this location. I always go to this location cause it is near my home. I decided to go today because my kids love donuts. As I approached to place my order through the drive through when I went to ask if there was butter pecan iced coffee the response that I received was a yell ‘ it’s out of season’ mind you I am not one to complain but this was the second time I’ve gone there that I’ve had the same issue were it seems to be like the location is all out of control. I got out of the car to speak to the manager ( AMANDA ) out of control individual. As I went to the find out who spoke to me like that through the drive through it so happen to be her. She was so rude and expected me to not defend myself. She went as far as taking off her head set to jump over the counter and screaming how she didn’t care to lose her job. Very unprofessional. But I made sure that I complained and found out all the details about this individual. I took a photo of the drink I wanted which is clearly on the menu and no sticker saying they no longer have it. Me as a customer does not know that and if it was spoken in a different manner I’d respect. But I didn’t get that vibe from her. Point is she is not doing her Job.
