I’ve been to probably dozens of Dunkin’s around the world and never had bad service at one until I pulled up to the window of this location. I had placed a mobile order on the app and pulled up to the window (as I’m used to doing at most other Dunkin drive thrus especially when there isn’t anyone else in line). I get told by the employee that the manager wants me to pull around and go to the speaker. A little confused by this request I say okay and start backing up to the speaker that’s about 5ft behind my car and the employee stops me and says that the manager wants me to drive all around the building and go to the speaker. There still isn’t any other customer at this location and I’m more confused and ask why I can’t just back up? The employee says that the manager just wants me to go around. At this point I’m frustrated but don’t want to risk the bored manager possibly spitting in my drink so I stay calm and go around to the speaker state my order number and name (which I could’ve at the window as there were clearly no other mobile or in person orders…) and pull up to the window to grab my drink. The employee was just following orders, but the giggling while telling me what the manager wanted showed that this was not the first time they disrespected and wasted a customers time for absolutely no reason. The manger also very rudely (basically yelled at me as if I was a child that did something wrong) told me that I can’t be pulling up to the window without going through the speaker first before I left. Extremely rude and disrespectful service at this location. Just because you’re bored and probably overpaid doesn’t mean you take it out on the customers that pretty much pay...
Read moreThe store did not have my change to complete my order and didn’t tell me they did not have it. I had to bring it up when I came in the store from the drive thru to complain about my order. The change was only $0.02 so it wasn’t the fact about the change it was the fact nobody on site knew how to work thru an issue. Supposedly the GM and assistant manager Crystal was there but I’m to believe it was actually the manager and assistant manager. So to recap, I had to pull up from the drive thru to wait for someone to come replace the order. I had to walk in and address the issue. Upon walking in, I brought up the fact I had not gotten my change and would need it. I was open to paying another way to not have the burden on them to supply me my change but that solution was not brought up by any of the management on duty. It only got more hostile when I asked for my receipt. Crystal, the assistant manager said “it was busy and I’d have to wait for my receipt because I wasn’t getting it now”. So here I am, breakfast wrap wrong (they put bacon when I asked for only egg and cheese) & latte wrong (we wanted peppermint mocha and was given mocha) & we never got the peppermint mocha latte, we were given another nondescript latte flavor unknown. The staff was cursing at me and out loud at the counter with horrible customer service.

Read moreI have been going to this location on and off for two years now such a waste of my money and time.. given many chances hoping for great coffee and service but as it seems this location will continue to give trash water and burnt food or just completely wrong orders lets not get started on the wait time... this last experience will be my last time going to the location... I went today and ordered a coffee small caramel and as usual it was disgusting I go to Dunkin’ every day normally so I know how I like my coffee I drive out my way to new on Hillsborough and Armenia (which has never let me down) I only do this drive because the waters location is horrible... anyways ... I took my two kids in with and asked for my money back... and young lady with her horrible attitude asked over and over if she could remake my coffee seeing all my bad experiences I said no since I paid with my app she had to refund my money on the app mined you that’s not the case so not only did I lose money and time I called spoke to her and said it never went back on my card she replied o I always have problems with it if you want your $3 I can give it to you Sad to say this location is not a place you want to be a terrible customer service and terrible product given to you I will no longer choose this location I will forever drive out of my way to get the great service that I deserve as a customer one day this facility will either be shut down or actually get their stuff...
