So I do want to start off with I’ve lived near this location for over a year now and have always gone here, and that although the name on the receipt is a man, it was actually young girl with a red wig on. But lately i have consistently been let down. Although the gentleman that took my order for the second time was VERY polite and caring it seems that maybe an employee didn’t brew “dark” roast …. Both cups tasted like water. I had asked the young lady with red hair to Please toast the hasbrowns extra time and it was not. Another customer in back of me shared that when she got her coffee from here she too also had to give back the coffee because it tasted bad.
I have been ordering the same recipe/ flavor coffee for more than 10 years now… so for 2 attempts in a row to taste like pure water makes me believe that that the canister was not brewed correctly. I brought my friend from Sebring with me and when we got home she had to fix her coffee as well. Nothing to do with this post but I also went to Dunkin on Busch Blvd 2 days ago and it was also not a great cup of coffee. It is VERY sad that Dunkin seems to be going down hill a lot of places. I live down the street from here and will never be...
Read moreTried to place a simple order at the drive thru and was told that latte machine was not working. The lady began to list things that they didn't have and commanded Postmate orders have to come inside. I attempted to reply that this was not a Postmate order, but got no reply. So, we went inside. We ordered a small hazelnut coffee, sweet tea and 3 donuts. The same drive-thru lady interrupted with other postmates questions and (as if 2 people placing an order together once not enough of a hint) I explained again we were not with Postmates. It took repeating the donuts 3 times for them to be able to grab them. The gentleman gave us an Iced coffee. I told him it was supposed to be a hot hazelnut coffee with cream. He left the counter, I assumed to make the correct coffee, but did not return, leaving us standing there in the empty restaurant. After a few specific the lady came over and asked if we needed something else. I explained that the coffee was supposed to be hot not Iced. She made the hot coffee. I am confused why it was so difficult to serve a simple order, first at the drive thru then inside in an empty restaurant. Do people not place orders in...
Read moreI have been going to this location for almost 2 years and I have always been happy with the service and the way they prepare the food. However, within the past few months, this Dunkin' store has gone WAAAAY downhill! When I go there during the week, I always get this one male cashier and he ALWAYS waits until AFTER he rings up the order and takes my money to tell me that they're out of what I ordered! That is VERY, VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. During my most recent visit to this location, I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese at the drive thru (and of course, they were out of the kind of bagel I wanted and had already paid for). When I got back to work and bit into it, it tasted like burnt tires! My guess is that the oven was probably filthy and hasn't been cleaned out in many months. I mean, how do you mess up a bagel with cream cheese??? I don't know if they changed owners, or if it's just that they hired a bad batch of people to work there, but this is the last time I will be going to this Dunkin' store for a WHILE. I will have to find another location when I'm in the mood for my coffee...
