Einstein Bros. Bagels — Restaurant in Tampa

I visited this location at 1:30pm on Thursday, August 29th. I ordered a Tasty Turkey and an iced tea. I knew issues would start when the cashier barely said a word to me, never instructed me to pay/how to pay, never mentioned a total, anything. The whole experience was awkward. After I paid, I stepped aside to wait for my tea and sandwich. The cashier had my iced tea cup in her hand and began helping the next customers. I would’ve assumed she’d be getting the iced tea after taking my order, but she stood there with the cup in her hand and her finger in her mouth (gross) with her other hand as she helped other customers. I received my sandwich promptly and asked the sandwich maker if she could get my iced tea. She let me know that the cashier would be getting my tea. So I continued to wait, and wait, and wait. After 10 minutes I finally spoke up and asked the cashier about my tea. She acted as if I was the rude one and made me feel very uncomfortable, especially when she apologized to the next customer and rolled her eyes at her while talking about me. She even had the audacity to inform me they were closing soon (mind you I had waited over 10 minutes at this point). She then put the cup away and started to make a hot tea. At this point, a manager came from the back and she asked her what she was doing. The cashier seemed baffled about iced tea and the manager informed me that she didn’t realize she had iced tea, so the manager went in the back to get the tea for me. I was finally able to sit down and eat. The cashier then began sweeping the area around me, including under my feet while I was trying to eat. The icing on the cake was when I went to use the restrooms after eating and they were in such terrible shape. The soap dispenser was smashed and laying on top of the toilet. I went to the Einsteins website to submit my complaint. It’s now been two weeks and I haven’t heard anything back. I am a frequent customer through door dash delivery app. I order bagels for my law firm several days a week. I always call and confirm what type of bagels because we have some employees with food allergies. Today I did that and my bagels after arrived as there mixed dozen not at all what I ordered. /i have no time to deal with correcting or complaining in life so usually I would of just let it go but unfortunately I had to deal with this due to employee with food allergy and things all being in one box. So rather then complaining to door dash and getting the refund I called and the "Supervisor" immediately was so nice and she offered to correct and She even herself delivered the correct bagels. Now that is above and beyond and certainly an employee of Einstein that appreciates the company she is working for so I am only taking this time to write this because of the supervisor and her extraordinary effort to please a customer and support the company name and reputation. Hadn't been here in a couple of years but thought I'd treat myself to some "real" bagels rather than the grocery store type. I went on Saturday at noon. Besides the wait being very long before ordering, I couldn't even see the variety of bagels they had because the plastic shield was all smudgy so I had to wait until my turn at the ordering station where there was a list of bagels. Most of the bagels were already unavailable making it really hard to order. I got 1 garlic, one pretzel, and 2 onion bagels since they were available. I requested they be sliced but not toasted. Well there are signs all over saying "fresh baked" but when I got my bagels they didn't even seem freshly baked that morning. They were all hard and didn't even taste right. They were sliced so unevenly, like 1 side was about 1 cm and the other about 4 cm making it hard to toast when I got home since one side was way too thick to fit in my bagel-sized toaster.
