What a find!!! I stumbled upon this food truck while waiting in line at the MOBILE gas station—and wow, what a gem! From the moment I walked up, I was greeted with genuine kindness and had the menu thoroughly explained to me. There’s truly something for everyone here with a great variety of options.

I ordered the top sirloin sandwich with a sweet potato fry substitution for my partner, and everything was cooked fresh right on the spot. While waiting, I was impressed by how clean and well-kept everything was—such a refreshing change from the usual.

It was a little bit more expensive then I expected for a food truck but worth every penny. The corn on the cob was very hot, cooked just right with spices and parmasan on top. Mmmm. The CousCous was fabulous, very tasty. The meat was tender with a hot sauce and a spice sauce to accompany it. Both were very good with the meat. I ordered the meat medium well, which it was, but it was flavorful and not dried out. There are picnic tables to enjoy the meal there. It is at Gandy and Dale Mabry so traffic was a little loud. Update: I ordered the Cuban sandwich and awwww 🤤🤤 the flavor on the chicken is so delicious. I'm still waiting for my medicine to kick in so I can eat more but the Moringa and Lupus really does stop me from eating. I will be enjoying this meal slowly but it is sooooo good.
