When I first start eating Chipotle I was so in love with their food the food was very delicious one of my students told me about Chipotle then I start eating there I made it a habit to go there and eat everyday if I could but the workers that they have they are very disrespectful and caught a attitude when you tell them that you do not like the way they're serving your food or if they're giving you food from leftover food out another pan and mix it with the new pan a fool that is very nice that you don't take out food and put into new food me personally I would never go back to South Gandy and eat I just left out of there and your lady was making my food everybody knows that I get extra Chicken on my food before I can say how I wanted my food she had already put it together .??? Extra sour cream but I normally get it to the side of my food not all over it she had the nerve to get an attitude and I told her I did not want that because she put sour cream all over the flu and I can't eat it like that so she took the plate of food threw it in the garbage I asked her to make the new one she made me a new one just regular total tomatoes on top of it slap the cheese on top of it and in the process I was telling her I want extra chicken and I told her to give me extra chicken she took the chicken and throw it on top of the cheese and it's tomato I told her I'm not taking it like that having her to throw it in the garbage can again and then walked off from me I was standing there for about 5 minutes before someone said anything to me a gentleman was bending down I'm assuming he's an assistant manager or a crew leader did he wised up and say ma'am how can I help you I was recording him making my food but he asked me not to record him so I'm going to take that and respect and not to record him but the workers that they have there a very disrespectful ignorant and stupid how do you get a attitude because a customer went therefore a certain way a customer is always right I'm so sick of people working for companies and getting an attitude with the customers when they want something a certain way they need to look into the people they're hiring to. Put on a front of the line serving others when they have a attitude no patience and walk off and customers this young lady made me felt like I didn't even want my pool after the manager made it I would never go to Chipotle on Gandy and take my money there and eat I'm going to also have all my co-workers to stop going there and we will go to the one on Howard and eat from there we will not give out money to people that's disrespectful cuz we spend a lot of money with Chipotle when we work I rather go to the one on South Howard then to eat from the one on Gandy them I do not when I first start eating from them they gave me a bad play the food where I got sick that's okay I went back and told them I gave him the benefit of the doubt after he and all the negative stuff about a Chipotle food get you sick I gave them a chance to make it right not holding a grudge against no one because I was food poisoned but after today I would never go back to Gandy Chipotle and if anybody else is experienced the same thing I've asked you not to go to Chipotle on Gandy because of how the workers are and how they treat their customers you don't take out food and mix it with new food if that's what they told them in training within the health department needs to step in they don't be wearing gloves like they supposed to I see people digging all on a shirt scratching in the hair and then I come and serve food that's just on sanitize but they don't have to worry about me ever coming in to that restaurant I would never eat from South Gandy off of Dale...

I think I’ve been to a Chipotle maybe 2 other times in SC. This was the worst experience I’ve had in a while and I used to manage restaurants. The Carne Asade is advertised in a big picture with guacamole on top. Nothing next to the picture indicates that guacamole is an extra charge. I’m not a big fan of guacamole but I figured I’ll try it as advertised. When I get to the register I’m surprised to see that my bill was more than I was expecting. Guacamole is a $2.85 up charge. I told the lady that I don’t like guacamole that much and to remove it. I hadn’t touched my food or paid for it and they said they couldn’t do it. The lady was snide and said it’s right on the glass window. She was NOT PLEASANT. I said it’s not advertised that way. Yandol was right there and he chimed in and was getting a bit argumentative. I just wanted the guacamole removed. They wouldn’t do it. Ok, so where’s your manager? I said. He said that he was the manager. Nice. I didn’t make a scene. So I just paid my bill and went to go get a drink, some napkins and sit down. No napkins. Counters were filthy. Not a single napkin. Tables all of them were filthy. Food and napkins on the floor. Trash cans overflowing. So I go to Yandol and ask if we can get some napkins and someone to clean the tables. He’s now busy with the group of volleyball players I was a part of. One of the other dads started to refill the napkins. No one came to clean the tables. I went and asked again. Yandol said someone’s coming in a second. No they didn’t. I was half way through my meal before someone came to fill napkins and clean tables. And when the person did come he was not thrilled to get it done at any pace to accommodate the seating for the players. My daughter’s chicken was cold and the food was mediocre to say the least. I went to get clarification from Yandol about the spelling of his name and to let him know that his restaurant was filthy and this was his responsibility. I asked him if he liked working here? He said he did. He then said he was trying to make it right with me. I said you didn’t make any effort to make anything right with me. Your responsibility is to keep a clean restaurant and take care of your customers. He thanked me for bringing in a big group and spending money, but his sincerity lacked credibility. I would avoid this establishment at all costs.

First time I ever went I ordered the chicken and it was probably the saltiest chicken I had from a chipotle. The guy on the grill cooking the meat was on his cell phone talking while cooking. No one seemed to know that salad dressing comes with salads. They kept telling me "you'll get it at the register". Then I get to the register and they didn't even know they had salad dressing.
They are ALWAYS out of things. Literally always out of stuff.
A few months back we ordered a salad and bowl on the App. They were out of the salad dressing and salsa, but we didn't realize until we were already home because they didn't tell us. So just a dry salad.
Another time, they were out of cheese and lettuce. They ended up just giving people queso for free since they were out of cheese. It's hit or miss if they have steak, I'd call ahead.
Tonight was the final straw. We ordered through the app and had a set time for pickup. We got there, and they told us "it'd be right out". After waiting for 25 min, I finally went to the register to ask what the status was only to get another "it'll be right out" as they fumbled through the receipts. When we got home, our bowls and salads were all messed up. Only a few pieces of meat and pretty much just rice and lettuce leaving out all the toppings. They legit didn't add the corn, beans, sour cream, or Guac that we ordered. Also, they added the wrong salsa on one of them.
In summary, I recommend going to any other nearby Chiptole. We kept going because it's the closest to our house. If you have to go here, don't order online and always triple check your order before...
