So this time..about two weeks ago we ( me my wife and son) were craving queso....and since Chipotle queso is an accident waiting to happen, we went to qdoba....boy have I really been missing out.....check the stats below

Contemporary mixed with a lil retro flare, nice original feel.
Food B
The queso was the star of the show...the flavor and texture was like queso 101..not thick not to loose and packed with cheesy flavor. And spice if you nice. The burrito bowl was good, plenty of toppings but the meat options can use a lil more flavor. Its overall very good.
Service-b+
Very attentive and prompt service. Ask questions to made sure my experience was pleasant and even helped with the food going to the table. There was one employee and their attitude that kept it from an A+.
Cleanliness-B+
When a place spells fresh you feel more relaxed, this place did that...everything was clean for the most part...the floors were a little spotty but overall clean and well maintained
Menu option A
Not a big menu, but with this size restaurant any bigger would be confusing. The meat and entree options really allow to mix it up. And they even have the impossible ground meat option for vegans...and I must say it was rather impressive here.
Prices-B
Average meal is. Can rage from 9.00 to 14.00 depending how you feel. But the service and qaulity makes this priceing justified.

Most miserable experience I've had at a local restaurant. I placed an order online, only to be charged 4 times. That's not the local location's fault, but when I arrived at the location there was exactly one patron eating and one at the register, and my order wasn't complete. The employee continued to flirt with the woman at the register instead of working, until the store filled up with customers. I watched the employees fill multiple new orders from people just walking in, still my order wasn't even started. An UberEATS driver came and complained their order wasn't ready, so they pushed mine aside again. They continued to fill new orders and did nothing for the one that was already paid for. I watched as the employee apologized for the wait to the girl he was flirting with and give her the meal for free, and move on to ANOTHER order. I asked him what the deal was and he said he was busy. Twenty minutes after my pick up time, and 10 orders completed before mine, I finally got my food - and, yes, the order was wrong. They couldn't even get a simple quesadilla right....

The 1 star is entirely for the location:
We were already hungry and decided to save time by placing an order on the app. A good 20 minutes later I walk into the restaurant and find it completely empty and no order in sight. I ask them for an online order and then they decide to take a print of the order to prepare it. Still fine, until, lo behold they are out of CHICKEN!! Then they tell I got to wait a bit.
The manager waltzes in and says “are you waiting for the chicken?” “Oh I’m sorry but we have to prepare it now and it will take another 20 minutes” . When pressed on why the online order wasn’t looked at, I was not given any reason just a sorry and then a cold “if you don’t want it we can give you a refund!”. The manager then decided I won’t eat beef or pork cause of my skin color and went on to “suggest” the impossible meat choice. I can’t imagine how a manager of such a firm can behave this way.
