The hostess were friendly and prompt to seating us
Me and my group before waited 15 minutes before our waitress introduced herself and asked us if we wanted drinks. The restaurant was halfway empty so we were expecting her to come to us a little bit sooner.
The bartender came over and introduced himself and made sure our drinks were absolutely as expected or more, and the drinks were phenomenal
We waited about 40 minutes for our food .. Everything was hot and fresh great size portions.
I had the chicken tenders with fries . Although at advertise, they are seasoned. They did not come seasoned when I did tell the waitress she corrected it and brought out a new basket immediately.
Our waitress was friendly. I’m not sure if she was busy in the back or something, but they definitely kept her so busy or missing that. We didn’t see her very often.
My friend had the ribs and shredded pork and loved her plate. She said everything was seasoned to perfection and cooked perfectly.
My chicken had great seasoning. Great flavor in the crunch was just right.
I had whiskey with strawberry purée and Sprite, which was right on time and my friends all had different types of margaritas and a strawberry Mojito. Everything was perfect when it came to the drinks.
My other friends had two different types of nachos, which came out in a large size and everything was made just as requested, but the chips were a little...
Read moreMy family and decided it would be fun to have lunch at the airport before sending my husband off on a business trip for the first time in over a year. Upon arrival at HardRock, there were instructions to seat ourselves. Once we found a spot, we had to order using a link from a sticker on the table (including our drinks). There was no children’s menu, no way to ask a question about the food or make a substitution... Whatever. We then waited another 10/15 minutes without any drinks, and no acknowledgement from anyone that we were there at all. We started to 2nd guess ourselves so my husband went to track someone down to verify that they received our order. They had. A few minutes later, and still nothing, I went to find someone who could bring us our drinks (we had ordered 2 sodas and a water). I was advised that our server would only be a couple minutes. When I explained how long we’d been waiting, it was suggested I go see the bartender. The bar was busy so we left. I’m not sure if this system was implemented because of COVID or it’s a corporate efficiency move to use less employees but it SUCKED! If you’re asking people to pay for water ($4.99 through the app) and $20 for a hamburger, please don’t take away the hospitality. I can order food through an app at home. We ended up going to Wendy’s in...
Read moreOn Friday April 30th, After a long day of flights 5 of us decided on dinner at The Hard Rock. With no reservations (@9:15) our only option was the cafe. We each ordered a drink shared two appetizers and ordered our dinner. Approximately 45 minutes later our waitress returned to tell us our food would be out soon. At which time I order another drink, only to be told "that's not going to happen" and she walked away. She then return with our food & told us our table was "cut off". Feeling very confused we ask to see the manager - Anthony - approached our table - WITH OUR BILL - informing us we were to pay our check & leave. In conversation we were told if we refused to pay for our uneating food the police would be called as he proceeded to call security. We (regrettably) paid the bill & left the restaurant - shortly after security arrived, Realizing NONE of us were in any way intoxicated or loud, he apologized for their behavior and gave us his card. We all are health care professionals (Austin, Jersey, Richmond and Florida). The level of unprofessionalism by both the serve and "Manager Anthony" was child like and should be reviewed by The Corporate Office. Not only did the cafe leave us disgusted - The Casion lost the opportunity for potentially huge...
