Unacceptable baggage delay and poor service to boot. I travel to Prishtina Kosovo often. The best airport options in Florida to get me there quickly with only one connection outside US are TPA (home base) and MIA. Airline options for one European connection are Lufthansa Group airlines and Turkish Airlines (MIA only). My experience with either of these choices have been subpar. Turkish airlines last minute cancellations with no accommodation and Edelweiss/Swiss with horrendous rude customer service and horrible apps for booking and managing your flights. Since flying out of MIA has been an inconvenience (I live in Central Florida), a few months ago I decided to stick with Lufthansa group airlines. Round trip the TPA choices have been Edelweiss and Swiss. My last trip Friday, November 7 was no different, same rude unaccommodating service, except this time Edelweiss was icing on the stale cake. My baggage checked from PRN to TPA didn’t show up. The process for filing a claim is rude and cold. Edelweiss’s baggage agent has informed me that my luggage is in Miami and I’ll have it tonight via FedEx. FedEx tracking shows it sitting in Miami, no movement. I hope I see my luggage soon! I will most likely go back to Turkish Airlines. At least the food is good and their app is a little improved over Swiss...

After 3 weeks of chasing them online, all they could do is refund me $148.00AUD for the 'damaged bag'. DESPITE the gross amount of evidence I sent across in images and videos showing the damage also done to my items inside the bag (see photos below).
My first time ever flying business class. I can say I definitely did not feel like a priority at all. This is a disgraceful way to treat a customer, especially as a business class customer with a luggage had a tag on it saying “Priority” due to this business class ticket.
I can honestly say I've been treated FAR better in my years flying cattle-class (economy) over the years. I know it's pretty bad luck to have this happen for my first experience in business class. However, sadly due to this experience, I will be strongly considering whether it's ever worth paying extra to be a "priority" when flying in the future.

She was very sweet and very helpful trying to help with our tickets that were booked and they told us that we were on stand by. The other gentleman was very helpful also. But we had a very bad agent who changed are flights and down graded us from premium economy to economy. Was a very bad experience at the ticketing and checking desk.
