I had a layover in Tampa, went to this shop and purchased some Brookstone Nano Touch Capacitive Touch EarPods. I was never able to get them to work nor pair to my iPhone since I brought them. I’ve read the manual over five times to make sure I wasn’t missing anything , watched videos, and even had a friend do the same. Nothing has worked. The worst part is there is no customer service to talk to.. you have to email them and they haven’t responded to my email. There is no number to call the store I brought them from.. none on the receipt, no number on their web, and every number I did find is a recording to their email. I also found out the company is going through a bankruptcy which explains a lot . So I wasted $108.00 for nothing…I should have just went to the Apple store which was what I was originally going to do. Don’t waste your time or your money. Spend your money with a company who has customer service available to you if need assistance and exchanging or returning an item...

I then looked at them and they weren’t the noise canceling ones. Their price was 110 more than what I could purchase them for on apples website. I then returned two days later and asked for the correct ones to which they said there are no returns unless I have a receipt. I showed them my credit card transaction and that wasn’t good enough. I asked them to please print me a new receipt from the credit card and she said they could see it but not print it and they have to have the printed one for a refund. They do anything to get out of doing the right thing and do it with a smile. When I try to fight it with my credit card company they say because of their no returns policy, I won’t win a dispute.    Read moreEdit: Customer service took a little over a week to finally respond to my refund request. They couldn't return the money directly to my card, but instead wired the money to my account, which took another 2 weeks. Because it was a wire, I was charged a fee by my bank. So ultimately I wasn't able to get a full refund due to the format of the refund, but I appreciated that they did respond and help me with the issue.
