Frontier airlines manager in Tampa international airport and the 18 yr old girl in charge of frontier bags.

My frontier bag was lost from Atlanta to Tampa. When I got to the carousel, there was an 18 year old woman with no expression on her face and she looked bored and annoyed. There were no customers getting their bags nor were they on the carousel. There was about 10 suitcases lined up. Mine was missing and two men going to Canada was missing. The girl kept saying there wasn’t anything she could do for an hour and asked if there was someone else I could speak to and she said no. There was no sympathy that our bags weren’t there. It was “not my fault” and “I can’t help you right now” even though nobody else could help. I let her know I have a life threatening condition and my meds are in the bag and I cannot miss a dose. She completely glazed over that and it was still “I’m just one person. I can’t do anything right now” she was the same to the gentleman.

She told us it’s coming on the next flight at midnight…but is it? It was supposed to come with us. I let her help the gentleman for awhile and then finally I was like please call your manager. She’s like I’m helping them and I’m like you have been and have ignored me and the men said for her to help me because of my medication. She then told me I was having an attitude and I was like you have had an attitude since I met you. You have not been nice or kind once. She kept coming close to me to get her out of her office and I said I’m not leaving until I get your Manager on the phone.

This girl then proceeded to say that I was rude and had an attitude but not mentioning the emergency I was having….the girl told me the manager will come when she has a meeting.

I don’t think either of them are understanding what a medical emergency this is.

Later on the girl was helping one of the guys and he was like we still need the manager for her and she said ugh I will send it to you. And I said I still need to speak to a manager. She said, so this isn’t about the bag then? I said it’s more than that. She rolled her eyes and walked away. But also….you told me from the begging that you couldn’t send it…so why all of a sudden…and doesn’t know where to even send it.

The men took care of me and we had dinner, as we are all waiting for our bags now.

The manager never did come to me. When she knew it was an emergency…but because of the way the employee described me, she probably didn’t take me seriously.

This is compliment incompetence all around. This is for Frontier bag manage. This is terrible customer service, especially in the name of someone who has a life threatening illness. It’s absolutely disgusting how they treat people like that.

Find these people and do something about it. I have every right to sue.

Update: Went to speak to a supervisor upstairs. I was calm in telling her the girl downstairs was not nice and had attitude and was incompetent. Dianalyse or whatever her name said to be so angry, “don’t call my employee incompetent.” I said she was incompetent. And she repeated her self. I said I watched it…she was completely incompetent and then said she wasn’t going to help me. Like Maam I would be up here seeing you if she had been competent….duh! I also told her she can not speak to me that way, and was like you can’t speak to me that way and I said what, the truth? Then she was like if you don’t mind what is your medical issue and I said if I miss my dose of my transplant meds, it will cause rejection. She then gave me numbers to Make a claim for my bag which wasn’t correct. Then I watched her to speak to others with very rudely. She made people unsafe and uncomfortable and there wasn’t else I could speak to.

This is a huge liability that this stuff is being nonchalant about a medical situation even though I have broken down and cried and said this was very serious. And they acted if it was no big deal. Absolutely disgusting staff and disgusting people to be treating customers with...

Horrible experience to say the least let’s start with getting checked in. We booked our tickets and were told on the original screen that we already had a checked bag and a personal item for each of us. (Me and my partner flying out). The lady up front was super helpful in getting us to check in for our boarding pass. Though she let us know we didn’t have a carry on even though we were originally told and it stated when we booked our tickets that we had one accompanied with our ticket. So we had to buy that which at this point felt money gauging. Then once we got our boarding passes the seat numbers were totally different from what we had picked and mind you payed for. The frontier plane took about an hour just to take off because of delays and problems with some latch. Unsure about that but we finally flew off after an hour and a half then what we were supposed to. As the flight attendants were coming around asking about refreshments starting from the front of the plane, I was looking forward to getting a cranberry juice had my card ready and then I hear the lady say as she approaches our aisle (the last in the aircraft) she tells the other lady to take it to the back of the plane. This was upsetting because me nor my partner were offered a drink (wouldn’t you think you want to take my money considering you up charge $5 for a canned drink especially because isn’t that what an airport is all about?) Also just would like to point out the rows in front of us got offered refreshments. So how would that make you feel? It wasn’t a long flight, the flight overall wasn’t bad it’s just the overall customer experience within the airport and flight attendants can overall be improved. I will be sticking to flying through st Pete/clearwater because I have never run into so many problems. Thank you Tampa international for letting me keep my five dollars along with automatically deciding I didn’t need a snack to go with it and allowing me to have no choice but to be thirsty on my flight today even after the hour delay we weren’t supposed to have. The only thing the flight attendants came around to do was to collect trash which if I wasn’t offered anything I don’t have trash to throw away. Customer service is huge part of the world and this job and if you’re not happy at your job change it and go work with a machine. Find your career if this isn’t the one for you. Stop making peoples trips miserable. Also goes for the TSA agents. I get people can be annoying and not listen but why not smile and not rudely yell at someone to come all the way down or be a little more mindful if clearly someone has never been through that process before. I couldn’t help but notice most flight attendants gave my partner a weird look or would brush him off. We are an interracial couple so we are unfortunately used to it but whatever the problem was seriously? Grow up it’s 2025 and hopefully that wasn’t the case. Toward the end of the flight perfume was sprayed I’m assuming in the bathroom since that’s where we were near and I noticed it smelling strongly. I have very bad allergies so being in an enclosed space where I would hope people would understand common allergies would be more appreciated. Just makes it harder to breathe.
