Me, my wife and our awesome friends recently had the absolute pleasure of attending a food tasting at a NEW gem that masterfully blends Japanese sushi with Italian flair. The dishes were nothing short of extraordinary. Each plate was a creative fusion that surprised and delighted my mouth hole. Every bite made my happiness meter explode, thanks to the impeccable preparation and presentation by Chef Jada & crew. Let’s talk about Chef Jada’s incredible sourdough bread and focaccia, both made from scratch, these were game-changers! Her baking prowess is impeccable and out of this world. The outstanding service elevated the experience. Genesis and Matthew were attentive hosts, ensuring every detail was perfect, from recommending pairings to sharing insights about the tasting menu with genuine enthusiasm. And let’s not forget the talented chefs behind it all: Head Chef Jada orchestrated the evening like a maestro. Chef Javi, Chef Jada, and Chef Dominique brought their passion to life, personally presenting dishes and explaining the inspiration behind each fusion creation, it was all incredible. If you’re a foodie looking for something bold and delicious, this Japanese/Italian fusion tasting is a must try. You won’t find anything like it anywhere else.

From start to finish, this was truly an unforgettable dining experience. The Italian–Japanese fusion was absolutely out of this world and perfectly balanced in every bite. The tasting menu was the best decision we could have made, giving us the chance to try multiple dishes, each one more sensational than the last. The dishes were made with such thoughtfulness and creativity that it felt like we were tasting something unlike anything we’ve ever experienced before. The staff was incredible, and walked us through everything with immense knowledge. I cannot emphasize enough how fantastic this meal was. If you’re looking for an extraordinary culinary journey, this is the place to go.

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary last night at Kinjo and it was just fabulous! I’ve never been to an Itameshi Wafu concept restaurant before - Italian food made with Japanese sensibilities as Kinjo puts it, and can’t wait to get back with friends and family. We did the tasting menu and every item was special and absolutely delicious. Our favorites were probably the uni focaccia, the wagyu tart topped with ossetra caviar, and the cappelletti with drops of 100 year balsamic. The caviar and the 100 year balsamic were add ons. Our experience being served by Genesis and the chef de cuisine, Jada were just top notch. We highly recommend Kinjo and can’t wait to get back there!

One of the easiest 5 star reviews to knock out as of late. Another homerun from the dynamic duo husband and wife team who brings you Koya and Noble Rice.

This place has the small vibe of the original noble rice with all the same feels from beginning to end.

The meal began with the bread service which truly felt special (a welcome departure from so many bread based hand outs).

We moved onto the custard style beef cheek and parm dish which tickled the palate and senses. Quite different than anything you'll see around town. Textures were all over the place which some many enjoy but others may be stepping out of their comfort zone. Id highly recommend giving it a go one time.

Dinner mains we had the cappelletti and bolognese pasta dishes. Cappelletti was light, flavor packed and great textures. The residual sauce in the plate makes for a great addition to any left over bread from round one. The bolognese offering was a hearty/hefty dish (bring your appetite). It offers a fantastic mix of Ramen style pasta, bolognese/curry sauce and parm which was honestly insanely packed with flavor.

This place left you curious for what the rest of the menu holds on your next visit.

We capped the end portion of the meal with a popcorn caramel eclaire. Kaboom.... an absolute homerun from start to finish.

Decor. Noise levels. Service. Value. All 10/10.

The chef and staff were gracious hosts answering all questions and making spot on recommendations.

Do not miss this...

The perfect dining experience! Every detail was a study in quality and precision.

The staff was perfect. Their attention and knowledge was matched with their friendliness and professionalism.

The atmosphere was open yet intimate, quiet yet lively. In places like this it is easy to slip into pretentiousness but this luxury experience made it feel like everyone was not only welcomed but desired. And while the experience was extravagant, the prices were not!

Then there is the star of the show: the food! There are people that can do a better job describing the flavors and textures than I could ever hope to accomplish so I will say that I went outside my comfort zone and the tastes I experienced were to say the least, pleasantly unexpected! I wound up loving dishes I have long hated and finding new dimensions of tastes to dishes that should have been afterthoughts like (and I'm not kidding) bread!

I am so glad I took the time to visit now because once the word is out, this place will be reserved out for MONTHS.

Thank you for...
