!!!DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!!! We ordered online, and received an email saying it would take TWO AND A HALF hours to get our food. Attempted to call the store and cancel our order, because I could make my own god forsaken pizzas in two and a half hours, was immediately put on hold for 5 mins without being asked, and a kid named David barely let me get my sentence out before HANGING UP on me. Tried calling two more times, but was put on hold for multiple minutes each time. Found a customer service number and gave all the store info and this schmuck David's name to them, with their reassurance that our order would be canceled from a "corporate" level. An hour later, after we ended up making dinner ourselves, there's a knock at the door, and some employee with our pizza, asking to be paid. I said NO WAY, and she explained that her manager has a terrible attitude and ignores phone calls for anything but placing an order. Whoever this miserable human being is managing this store needs a new job or a lobotomy, as I am not the first person this has happened to. The delivery girl even had the audacity to ask us to PAY for the food we didn't want. I am extremely disappointed and wouldn't normally make such a big deal about PIZZA, but I was treated like a thorn in this manager's foot, and to be HUNG UP on makes my blood boil. I hope corporate action is taken on this manager and possibly even the store owner for allowing such a disrespectful person run their store. Read moreThe pizza was fine. However, the service was awful. I called because I ordered a pizza with bacon and it came without bacon and with pepperoni. I didn't ask for a refund because I would rather have the pizza and also it is technically better for the establishment because it's cheaper to just send another pizza instead of it. However, I had to call thrice because the pizza was taking too long. The first time they said it was going to take 1 hour to bring me my pizza, I was fine with that. I waited an hour and after no signs of the pizza, I called again, the guy said it was going to be here at 11, I am not a very conflictive person so I said ok.
My mother convinced me to call again, and a really nice lady told me that it was scheduled to 11 pm, I never asked for it, I asked for it to be brought to be as soon as possible. I called at 5:24 the first time and it's currently 8:48. Thankfully that nice lady helped me and she said it was going to be here in about 45 minutes. When I told her that putting my order for 11 pm was shady and it was wrong to do that without my consent, she said that who did that was her supervisor, so yeah, she handled better the situation than her supervisor.

As the time approached, my order still showed as “being made.” The estimated delivery time came and went with no update or notification whatsoever. After waiting far longer than reasonable, I called customer service — only to be informed that the store had closed early for the night.
This is completely unacceptable. Not only was I never notified that my order would not be fulfilled, but your system continued to accept orders and display false operating hours. Had I been notified earlier, I could have made other arrangements instead of wasting my time waiting on a nonexistent delivery.
As a loyal Pizza Hut customer, this level of mismanagement and lack of communication is incredibly disappointing. If your online platform lists a location as open until 1:00 AM, customers should be able to rely on that information — or at the very least, be promptly informed if the store decides to close early.
This experience reflects poorly on your brand, and I sincerely hope management addresses this breakdown in service...
