Peruvian cuisine has long been celebrated for its vibrant flavors and diverse influences. This weekend, I had the pleasure of visiting Lima a local Peruvian restaurant that offered a tantalizing array of specials. From the fried yellowtail snapper to the ceviche with yellow pepper and the roast beef with rice and mashed potatoes, each dish showcased the rich culinary heritage and diversity of Peru.

The fried yellowtail snapper was a visual and gastronomic delight. The fish was perfectly cooked, boasting a crispy golden exterior while maintaining a tender and juicy interior. The seasoning was spot-on, enhancing the natural flavors of the snapper without overpowering them. The crispiness of the skin paired beautifully with the succulent flesh of the fish, making it a standout dish that I would highly recommend.

Next up was the ceviche with yellow pepper, a dish that truly encapsulates the mixtura of Peruvian cuisine. The fresh fish was marinated to perfection, absorbing the citrusy goodness of the lime juice while retaining a delightful firmness. The yellow pepper added a unique twist, offering a mild heat and a burst of vibrant color. The interplay of the citrus, spicy, and slightly sweet flavors created a refreshing and invigorating experience, making this ceviche a must-try for any seafood lover.

The roast beef with rice and mashed potatoes offered a comforting and hearty conclusion to the meal. The beef was tender and well-seasoned, with a savory gravy that added depth to each bite. The rice was fluffy and aromatic, perfectly cooked to provide a neutral balance to the rich flavors of the beef. The mashed potatoes were creamy and smooth, providing a delightful contrast in texture. This dish encapsulated the love and care that goes into family dinners, making me feel like I was back at my aunt’s dining table.

Overall, the weekend specials at Lima were a delightful journey through the rich and diverse flavors of Peru. Each dish was meticulously prepared, offering a harmonious blend of traditional ingredients and modern culinary techniques. Buenazo &...

I am more than happy to write a stellar review for LIMA Rotisserie Chicken & Peruvian Cuisine! This restaurant truly deserves all the praise and accolades for its amazing food and outstanding service.

First and foremost, I want to give a big shoutout to the owner and chef, Oscar, for creating such a fantastic menu filled with authentic Peruvian flavors and dishes. Every bite was bursting with unique and delicious flavors that truly made my taste buds dance. From the mouth-watering rotisserie chicken to the fish, every dish was executed to perfection.

But it's not just the food that makes LIMA Rotisserie Chicken & Peruvian Cuisine stand out. The service provided by Pablo and the rest of the staff was top-notch. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that we had an exceptional dining experience. Pablo was particularly outstanding - his knowledge of the menu and drink selection was impressive, and he made great recommendations that perfectly complemented our meal with the Passion Fruit juice.

The ambiance of the restaurant is also worth mentioning. The space is cozy and inviting, with beautiful decor that transports you to Peru. It's the perfect place for a romantic dinner for two or a fun night out with friends.

Overall, I had an incredible dining experience at LIMA Rotisserie Chicken & Peruvian Cuisine, thanks to the exceptional food and service provided by Oscar and Pablo. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a taste of authentic Peruvian cuisine in a warm and inviting atmosphere. Thank you for a truly...

Drinks Chicha Morada (drink) : 5/5 very flavorful, refreshing, savory and not too sweet. Also the perfect drink for hot days Diet Inca Cola (drink) : 5/5 Tastes like bubble gum and not easy to find in the U.S. •Entrees 1/2 Chicken (served with house sauce) with 2 Sides: black beans and salad. : 5/5 chicken was seasoned and cooked well, the portion of the salad was plentiful and it tasted amazing and the black beans were rich & the highlight of the meal Saltado - Flamed onions, fresh tomato wedges, cilantro sautéed with peruvian spices and house soy sauce served over bed of fries and a side of jasmine rice : 5/5 the house soy sauce is seasoned amazingly, and all the ingredients mixed together well. I suggest eating this with the green and pink sauces if you also want to add extra variety and flavors •Sauces Green sauce : 4.5/5 a bit salty but perfect for people that cannot handle spicy foods. Adds depth to the meal Pink sauce : 5/5 spicy but really flavorful. I am typically not a fan of spicy sauces but I preferred this sauce over the green sauce just based on the flavor and how it mixed with the food •Dessert Arroz con Leche y Mazamorra Morada : 5/5 for those that don't know, Mazamorra Morada is a popular Peruvian dessert made from purple corn and fruit. The mixture of the Arroz con Leche with the Mazamorra Morada was perfect because they both accentuate and bring out the flavor of the other and it becomes a rich and...
