Been doing business with pizza hut for years and today i plan to part ways for go due to the disrespect i received as a customer for their error. I placed an order to feed my children and had it delivered because i was working. The order came quicker than ive ever received which was a plus. After the driver left i opened the pizza boxes to feed my kids and realized the pizza wasnt properly cooked. I immediately called to express my displeasure as two times before then i had the same issue. I normally carry out but when im working its best to get it delivered. While on the phone the man on the line wasnt even in the mood to talk, i expressed the food was under cooked and i wasnt able to eat jt, he placed the phone down for a bout 2 minutes went and got someone who he claims was a manager but was a team lead named Tez. Tez comes on the phone how can i help you. I asked if the person before him wasn’t able to explain my concerns because i truly didnt want to be upset re explaining. Tez immediately got defensive and started yelling at me telling me he trying to see the problem but i dont gotta do all that. I explained i wasnt doing anything but asking a question. He yelled again and says just call back tomorrow and slammed the phone to hang up causing my ear to ring and hurt. I immediately got my keys and drove to the store for my refund and to return the food. When i got there immediately there was a tall kid red skinned standing at the register seen me place my food on the counter walked away to go get tez. The man who i spoke with was helping someone else. I waited. Once he was done i expressed i wanted my refund so i can be on my way. Immediately they started getting disrespectful again with customers in the store telling me theres no refund. I have to wait. I advise i am trying to feed my children and that what was done was wrong. They even opened the pizza box looked at each other and laughed because they knew they were wrong. I waited patiently, asked numerous times for my refund never recieved it. The tall red skinned kid began recording me off of his meta sunglasses and tried to whisper to his co worker (female) who had an attitude as well that he was recording me. When i noticed him recording i said wow this is what we are doing and i demanded to speak with the manager. They kept telling me that there’s nothing that can be done. I asked for names and asked for my receipt. At that point the red skinned kid started taunting me telling me he would have been an adult and go somewhere else to eat. (The audacity) and that he has plenty jobs outside of pizza hut. Again never been humiliated and disrespected in this manner and i am hoping something...
Read morePlease stay away! I wish I could give ZERO stars... The staff is so discourteous and unprofessional. I went to this location excited because I saw the new Pizza Hut Flatzz on Instagram. I walked in and there were 2 people working a man and a woman. There was only one other customer in the restaurant. Number 1 the location is NOT clean. I picked up a menu and I didn't see the Flatzz on the menu. As I stood at the register I was not acknowledged, there was no greeting, nothing. The woman was in the back on the phone I'm assuming taking an order, but the gentleman was just walking around. Looking at him it appeared he'd slept in his uniform. He looked disheveled and unkempt. Finally, I say to him excuse me I'd like to place an order. He sighs heavily and walks over to the register. He said to me you're on the phone how would I know? What he didn't know the call was muted and I was on hold. I replied I'm standing in front of the register with the menu in my hand. Was that not a clue? I said I would like the cheese bread with pepperoni. He replied I don't know what you're talking about. I pulled up up the link I saw on Instagram. I said I am sorry I would like the flatzz with pepperoni. He said oh that's different. He's looking at the computer screen mumbling to himself. By this time the woman comes to the front. They then begin talking amongst themselves. They're both looking at the screen. She then tells him I got this. He walked away. I said to her this has not been a pleasant experience. I was ignored. There was no greeting no acknowledgement. I had to tell him that I wanted to place an order. I am the only customer here after the other person left, and he didn't even make eye contact with me. She replied well you're on the phone. I said ma'am he walked back and forth. I'm standing here in front of a register and I didn't even receive an acknowledgement as a customer no greeting, nothing. She then says I've told them not to bother people when they're on the phone. I said well it would be nice, if they said excuse me would you like to place your order? She replied we ain't doing that. I couldn't believe the level of incompetence and ignorance that resonates within this establishment. I told her I decided not to give this restaurant my business nor my money. I will be going elsewhere. She replied okay. That's fine. They OBVIOUSLY do not care about losing money or their poor reviews otherwise the customer service would improve. I drove 20 minutes to another location and ordered my Flatzz. It is delicious. Highly recommend just not...
Read moreMy first time here, I ordered curbside pickup, they even had curbside parking spaces. I parked there waiting at the ready time, but they never came out. After about 20-30 minutes, I walked in and they said this location doesn’t offer curbside parking; I said it was an option on the app and you have a curbside parking space, and asked them why they have those two things if they are incorrect and why didn’t they call me when my order was ready for pickup or after it sat for 30 minutes, or at least if they see someone sitting in the curbside pickup spot for 30 minutes, then why don’t they have an employee walk out and ask if they can help you and tell you they don’t have curbside pickup?
My second time ordering there, I ordered delivery. They took 2 1/2 hours to get it to my house and were hungry. We had already tipped very well since you have to tip when you place the order and we wished we could tip after we get the order so we can tip based on a fair review of service.
My third time ordering there, we ordered delivery through the app and were waiting; we kept checking the order status online and it kept saying it was in progress in the oven. Finally after an hour, we called and they said they had just closed and canceled all of the pending orders and had no record of our order. We told them it took the money from our account. He said it should be reversed the next day. Why didn’t they call and tell us they were canceling our order instead of leaving us waiting and the order showing as open on the app?
My fourth (and final time) ordering there, they put onions on my pizza and it had them on the receipt, even though my boyfriend ordered the pizza online and he said he knows I don’t like onions and he “would never order them.” It could have been an accident but after my previous three bad experiences, I was done ordering from there.
It’s such a shame because Pizza Hut really is my favorite kind of pizza and I choose their flavor over anywhere else but now I am forced to order from other pizza...
