I arrived 25 min after I placed my order online was asked my name and was told they did not know what I ordered for my carry out. I said what I ordered and my name and sat down there at the pick up station. 15 min later they then ask me again what I ordered and for my name again but this time they wrote my name down and what I ordered. Another 10 min go by the cashier still is confused. I asked to speak with the manager and "she is in the back and is too busy." Last time there was a spider in the pizza and they at least offered a new pizza which was declined but at least it was some type of reimbursement attempt. When I asked for a refund the cashier refused to give me a refund (on my credit card) stating "Sir why would we want to keep your money?" I now have no food and my credit card shows no refund and Ive been waiting for a month. I even gave their corporate my complaint and order number and still crickets for a month now. So if you would like to 1. pay money and get no food OR 2. pay money and get spider toppings (with a free pizza offering after the fact perhaps with remaining spidy family members on it), I highly recommend this place! Err can't believe I came back to this place after the spider :( UPDATE: It has been well over a month and still no refund. Keep in mind I did not receive a single crumb of food from this place, they promised to refund me and still nothing. They are still keeping my $25. Corp said the store would reach out to me and of course they never did and now I will have to go through a credit car remediation. Please save you your money and hygiene and go to another place.

The worst Pizza Hut ever! And I worked for a much different Pizza Hut about 10-12 years ago. Let me start by saying we received an email from the Vice President of Pizza Hut, probably local, apologizing for our home delivery experience. The food showed up later than expected and cold, but we were hungry so ah well. I was actually ok, then we received the email with a free pizza order, so we decided to stop by on a Sunday afternoon. We decided to stop by because the website wouldn't allow us to order the pizza with a promo code. We ordered it for pick up, so we could show them the email. When we arrived the cashier didn't understand that we couldn't order the correct way, so he retrieved the manager on duty. The first thing out of the managers mouth was why didn't you do it the right way, even though we clearly heard the cashier explain it to her. She didn't believe us and thought that we were trying something. She had an attitude until she realized whom gave usthe free pizza. We finished the order and sat down at the table. Almost every table had something on it or dried up liquids. The drink machine looked like it hasn't been wiped in days. My son needed to go to the bathroom and good Lord. Let's just say I didn't even want him to touch the faucet to clean his hands. My wife is in property management, so as we looked up you could see mold residue on the ceiling. WE WILL NEVER VISIT OR ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS LOCATION. I DONT EVEN WANT A STRAW FROM THERE. The cashier even gave us a look that said... I know while he was shaking his head. NEVER!

I was in the area and noticed a nearby Pizza Hut, so I decided to stop by and order a 6-piece serving of chicken wings with the Garlic Spicy flavor for takeout. The ordering process was quick and efficient, and my order was ready in about 15 minutes, which was perfect for a quick evening snack. When I got home and dug into the wings, I was really impressed. The chicken wings were cooked to perfection--crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and coated in a zesty garlic spicy sauce that had just the right amount of heat. The balance of flavors was spot on, with the garlic adding a rich, savory element while the spice gave it that extra kick. It was exactly what we were craving for a tasty snack to round out our evening, and the quality exceeded my expectations for a quick takeout option. Overall, Pizza Hut delivered a satisfying snack, and I'd definitely stop by again for these wings when I'm in the mood for something flavorful and quick.

Been doing business with pizza hut for years and today i plan to part ways for go due to the disrespect i received as a customer for their error. I placed an order to feed my children and had it delivered because i was working. The order came quicker than ive ever received which was a plus. After the driver left i opened the pizza boxes to feed my kids and realized the pizza wasnt properly cooked. I immediately called to express my displeasure as two times before then i had the same issue. I normally carry out but when im working its best to get it delivered. While on the phone the man on the line wasnt even in the mood to talk, i expressed the food was under cooked and i wasnt able to eat jt, he placed the phone down for a bout 2 minutes went and got someone who he claims was a manager but was a team lead named Tez. Tez comes on the phone how can i help you. I asked if the person before him wasn’t able to explain my concerns because i truly didnt want to be upset re explaining. Tez immediately got defensive and started yelling at me telling me he trying to see the problem but i dont gotta do all that. I explained i wasnt doing anything but asking a question. He yelled again and says just call back tomorrow and slammed the phone to hang up causing my ear to ring and hurt. I immediately got my keys and drove to the store for my refund and to return the food. When i got there immediately there was a tall kid red skinned standing at the register seen me place my food on the counter walked away to go get tez. The man who i spoke with was helping someone else. I waited. Once he was done i expressed i wanted my refund so i can be on my way. Immediately they started getting disrespectful again with customers in the store telling me theres no refund. I have to wait. I advise i am trying to feed my children and that what was done was wrong. They even opened the pizza box looked at each other and laughed because they knew they were wrong. I waited patiently, asked numerous times for my refund never recieved it. The tall red skinned kid began recording me off of his meta sunglasses and tried to whisper to his co worker (female) who had an attitude as well that he was recording me. When i noticed him recording i said wow this is what we are doing and i demanded to speak with the manager. They kept telling me that there’s nothing that can be done. I asked for names and asked for my receipt. At that point the red skinned kid started taunting me telling me he would have been an adult and go somewhere else to eat. (The audacity) and that he has plenty jobs outside of pizza hut. Again never been humiliated and disrespected in this manner and i am hoping something...

Please stay away! I wish I could give ZERO stars... The staff is so discourteous and unprofessional. I went to this location excited because I saw the new Pizza Hut Flatzz on Instagram. I walked in and there were 2 people working a man and a woman. There was only one other customer in the restaurant. Number 1 the location is NOT clean. I picked up a menu and I didn't see the Flatzz on the menu. As I stood at the register I was not acknowledged, there was no greeting, nothing. The woman was in the back on the phone I'm assuming taking an order, but the gentleman was just walking around. Looking at him it appeared he'd slept in his uniform. He looked disheveled and unkempt. Finally, I say to him excuse me I'd like to place an order. He sighs heavily and walks over to the register. He said to me you're on the phone how would I know? What he didn't know the call was muted and I was on hold. I replied I'm standing in front of the register with the menu in my hand. Was that not a clue? I said I would like the cheese bread with pepperoni. He replied I don't know what you're talking about. I pulled up up the link I saw on Instagram. I said I am sorry I would like the flatzz with pepperoni. He said oh that's different. He's looking at the computer screen mumbling to himself. By this time the woman comes to the front. They then begin talking amongst themselves. They're both looking at the screen. She then tells him I got this. He walked away. I said to her this has not been a pleasant experience. I was ignored. There was no greeting no acknowledgement. I had to tell him that I wanted to place an order. I am the only customer here after the other person left, and he didn't even make eye contact with me. She replied well you're on the phone. I said ma'am he walked back and forth. I'm standing here in front of a register and I didn't even receive an acknowledgement as a customer no greeting, nothing. She then says I've told them not to bother people when they're on the phone. I said well it would be nice, if they said excuse me would you like to place your order? She replied we ain't doing that. I couldn't believe the level of incompetence and ignorance that resonates within this establishment. I told her I decided not to give this restaurant my business nor my money. I will be going elsewhere. She replied okay. That's fine. They OBVIOUSLY do not care about losing money or their poor reviews otherwise the customer service would improve. I drove 20 minutes to another location and ordered my Flatzz. It is delicious. Highly recommend just not...

My first time here, I ordered curbside pickup, they even had curbside parking spaces. I parked there waiting at the ready time, but they never came out. After about 20-30 minutes, I walked in and they said this location doesn’t offer curbside parking; I said it was an option on the app and you have a curbside parking space, and asked them why they have those two things if they are incorrect and why didn’t they call me when my order was ready for pickup or after it sat for 30 minutes, or at least if they see someone sitting in the curbside pickup spot for 30 minutes, then why don’t they have an employee walk out and ask if they can help you and tell you they don’t have curbside pickup?

My second time ordering there, I ordered delivery. They took 2 1/2 hours to get it to my house and were hungry. We had already tipped very well since you have to tip when you place the order and we wished we could tip after we get the order so we can tip based on a fair review of service.

My third time ordering there, we ordered delivery through the app and were waiting; we kept checking the order status online and it kept saying it was in progress in the oven. Finally after an hour, we called and they said they had just closed and canceled all of the pending orders and had no record of our order. We told them it took the money from our account. He said it should be reversed the next day. Why didn’t they call and tell us they were canceling our order instead of leaving us waiting and the order showing as open on the app?

My fourth (and final time) ordering there, they put onions on my pizza and it had them on the receipt, even though my boyfriend ordered the pizza online and he said he knows I don’t like onions and he “would never order them.” It could have been an accident but after my previous three bad experiences, I was done ordering from there.

It’s such a shame because Pizza Hut really is my favorite kind of pizza and I choose their flavor over anywhere else but now I am forced to order from other pizza...
