I handed the cashier a 20.00 dollar bill and she tried to give me change as if I handed her a 10.00 dollar bill. It was an older Hispanic lady. I won't say her name because she probably has a family to support. I thought I was going to have to get ghetto but the manager made it right. I just hated that feeling at the moment because how do you prove it after they put the money in the cash register? I'll tell you how. Let the person behind you see that you're handing them a large bill or memorize the last 4 digits of the serial number on the bill. That way, if the cashier claims you gave her a smaller bill you can tell the manager what the last 4 digits of the serial number of the bill you gave them. EDIT: Would you believe on my next visit there I had an issue with my change again. I ordered a small coffee. With tax it came out to 1.30. I handed a different older Hispanic lady a five dollar bill. I'm suppose to get 3.70 back, right? She gives me 3.30 back. Read moreI ordered the two for $5 quarter pounders with cheese through drive-thru last night. The young guys working at the windows were very polite and courteous. they handed me the bag that they were told was my order and when I opened it, it was not it was too small little bitty cheeseburgers. They will possibly remember me because I am diabetic and I said no bun. When I walk back into the restaurant a young man walked over very polite and said here is your order I'm sorry but this is correct. So I thank them walked out to the car and open it up and I swear to God it looks like they just threw everything in the Big Mac box and it was horrible how the cheese stuck to the bottom of the box and the top of the box. It is the only time I've ever gotten two quarter pounders with cheese with no bun in boxes. They have previously given me those items at McDonald's via the breakfast containers where it may not have looked at it pretty but it was still much better than this mishmash that I received last night after being given the wrong bag to start with. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese buscuit on the restaurants self order kiosk, and removed the sausage, then explained to the manager that i dont want a sausage please tell your staff to not put it in, because i dont want leftover sausage grease either. She barely spoke english and made a hateful face clearly showing that she did not like my request even though i had already selected the options in the kiosk, shook her head and left. The staff gave me the wrong order with the sausage in it, even though the order in the system didnt have a sausage. I returned the sandwich and was treated rudely, the staff quickly brought another one without actually making a new one, it tasted strongly of sausage, they just used a pre made sandwich and threw out the sausage which left the grease and taste in it. They proceeded to take my original sandwich and placed it back with the other pre-made sandwiches. These people are beyond unprofessional and it is undoubtedly Not Safe...
