I am visiting in town for a conference, and this restaurant came up as a local favorite for Thai food so I decided to give it a try. Service was very good. Waiters were attentive and friendly. Atmosphere- It certainly has an authentic Thai vibe, but the restaurant just felt somewhat grimy. Food- this is the most important factor, and this is where they fell short. Firstly, pad se ew is typically a wide rice noodle in every Thai restaurant I have been to. I asked to confirm it was wide rice because it did not mention it on the menu, and she advised that it was not. They only use the thin noodles. Also, I asked if I could substitute one veg for another, and she said I couldn't do that and would charge me $3 more (?!). I pointed out that I am not ADDING, I am substituting, so that balances out the cost, but she refused, and regardless, 3 dollars to substitute is ridiculous. The spring roll and hot and sour soup was average. I ended up getting the Spicy noodles. There was a lack of sauce, and it did not have much flavor. It tasted overdone and burnt, and as mentioned, it really lacked flavor and could only taste the spice. The other aspect is the serving size is very small, as pointed out by numerous reviews of this restaurant. They are very stingy with the serving size, and it certainly won't fulfill you if you are hungry (you can see portion in the picture). I really enjoy Thai food, but this was restaurant was disappointing. Prices are otherwise reasonable . I would not visit here again. There were other Thai restaurants that were highly recommended and would go for those next time.

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. OWNER IS A LIAR AND IS CHEATING PEOPLE OUT OF MONEY! extremely rude and does not care about her customers. The website says 12.95 for pad Thai but was I was charged 15.95 for two tiny servings of pad Thai. As you can see in the photo, the portion was a joke. The size of my hand?? Don't waste your time or money here. Plenty of restaurants that will actually feed you dinner for $16. Basically the size of a grocery store frozen meal. I asked for a refund and the owner said she no but she doesnt mind if I don't come back! What business owner treats unhappy customers that way?? Horrible business practices. Cheating people for money but not even providing a full dinner! There's plenty of Thai places in South tampa. Hopefully this one closes soon.

We drive by here all the time and finally went in to try it! The indoor seating area was a little stuffy, but they have a very nice outdoor patio area that was pleasant to be in. The service was good and very friendly! The food was also very good, my only complaint would be that the portions were kind of small for the price. It was definitely enough for a meal and I was full, I'm just used to having leftovers and we didn't have any here. The appetizers were all very good, but my favorite was the spring roll. They also no longer have the Hawkers Street Food Menu

This is by far the WORST customer service I have seen in years. Today was my sister's birthday, and I came early to get a good table. The waitress (an older Asian lady. I don't know her name) gave us a table next to the entrance. I asked for another one that was farther away and more private and she said no because that was for six people and we were four (there was hardly anyone there. It was 2:20pm in the afternoon). She insisted that we keep the table she recommended, which was next to the two other patrons eating. Ok, I gave in.

Then we ordered, and I got the Green Curry Thai with beef. Well it barely came with any beef at all. To their credit, my sister's dish came out with enough chicken instead. Well I asked that same waitress for more meat, but she said that it would cost me an extra charge. I explained to her that I barely got any meat and was wondering if they could give me more. She said that she couldn't get more unless I paid an extra charge. The extra charge was not that much, but I became upset at her rudeness. In the end, I just wanted to pay and leave this place. However, I wasn't going to leave her a tip. Not after this kind of customer service.

Then the bill came and the same waitress started yelling in front of everyone that I didn't leave her a tip since I paid $74 for everyone (by then there were new customers). So what kind of a place is this??? What kind of customer service is this??? I get to pay $14 aprox for a dish that barely comes with any meat, then the waitress argues with me and refuses to accomodate me and then DEMANDS that I leave her a gratuity? I think by far this is the worst place I've been. Of all my reviews, this is by far the worst so far. Maybe its just the waitress? are the others any better? I don't know as this was my first time coming to this place, and probably my last. My sister was not too happy with her dish as she said that the sauce was too watery and bland, unlike at other Thai places.

If you ever go, please ask to have a different waitress than that older...

For starters, we love Thai food and selected this place based on reviews. We are looking for good Thai near our new home. Sadly, this was by far the worst Thai experience we have ever had. The crab rangoon was great, and they have Cigar City Maduro, a definite plus. The location is pretty convenient, too. Everything else was awful. My green curry was watery and lacking flavor. My husband's panang curry tasted like they had burned the nuts but used them anyway. Then the service... One of our beer glasses was dirty, so we asked for a new glass. It took over 10 minutes and only came after we reminded them. No one checked on us after serving our food, or they would have known it was not to standard, and we would have given them a chance to correct it. They had a group of four waiting at the door to be seated for several minutes, only because they had not cleaned off empty tables. Also, the couple next to us finished their meal as we were receiving ours and had to go to request the check at the carry-out counter after waiting about 20 minutes. Similarly, it took quite a while to get our check, which we got only after requesting it. Our server handed my husband the check and quickly left the table, even as my husband was asking her to hold on a second for him to glance at it and give her the card. This restaurant needs to get their service together, and the food was lacking. We will not...
