Water and Flour is a place of delight in Soho. The perfect blend of various cuisines offered to delight each and every person. They offer Japanese, American, Italian, and Mexican. This is an ideal place to dine at as you can make it the ideal experience you picture. It can be a quick in and out dine with casual dress, but you can also have a fancy dining experience. This was not my first time dining at this place, and it is safe to say they amaze me each time. The servers are all super sweet and willing to do anything for you. I never had a time where I was sitting there waiting to be served needing something. The décor is welcoming and I always recommend siting outside in the tropical temperatures with palm trees hugging you by all corners.

There drink menu is not the biggest one but they do offer basically anything you would want. They have various cocktails, bubbly and rose, red wine, white wine, beer, and seltzers. We got the Snoop’s Garden cocktail which is gin, strawberry basil shrub, agave, and lemon juice. I like the sweeter side of things when it comes to drinks. If you do not like sweet drinks, this is not the one for you unfortunately. However, it is such a refreshing drink that is full of flavor.

We started with two apps, the crispy rice with spicy ahi tuna and the volcano roll. The crispy rice was a perfect blend of crunchy, creamy, and fresh tasting. The sriracha aloli brought it all together making the tuna taste even better. The 8-roll sushi was filled to the brim bringing all tastes of the ocean together. It included crab, shrimp, cucumber, avocado, scallions, a kabayaki glaze, sriracha aloli, and sesame aioli. My server was very polite and recommended to get an extra side of aloli which was a perfect addition. The sushi was one of the best rolls I have had in Tampa even considering restaurants that purely only offer sushi.

For our entrees, we got the mushroom marsala fresh pasta and the Tuscan brick oven pizza. Personally, I believe rigatoni is the best pasta option to go with. The marsala wine mushroom sauce was on the thicker side. The creamy sauce was perfect and I will definitely be getting this again in the future. My boyfriend was very satisfied with the 6 slice 12-inch personal pizza. The dough was fluffy in the crust but the naturally fermented sourdough crust had a perfect burn throughout the pie. For those interested in the pizza and pasta, they also have gluten free options as well. You need to check out Water and Flour for the perfect blend of tastes, cuisines, and ambience. They also have specials and happy hour from the hours of 4-7 pm if you’re looking for some good food for a good deal for your buck. Go get the pasta if you want a filling, delicious, and perfect portioned entrée, and make sure to try one of their fresh cocktails!

So fantastic you won't be able to resist coming back!!!

I'm in town for work from Atlanta, and came here with a local friend last night. The service and food was so fantastic that I actually brought my (kinda) local family here the next night.

Great drink selections, fun daily specials and plenty of vegan options- just pinch me. It's the best hidden gem in Tampa!

The first visit I got the green peace sushi roll and a vegan pizza with their vegan ricotta cheese and mushrooms and my friend got a sushi roll and their hot & sweet pizza. We shared a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc. SO FREAKING GOOD!!!

I loved it so much that when my family came up from Port Charlotte and Gulfport to have dinner with me while I was in town, I suggested this place (second night in a row for me-happens: never), and everyone from my 82yr old grandma to my 30yr old cousin got something they loved. Some of the items we got were: the plant-based Alfredo (LOVELY), Jimmy's meatball over pomodoro & buccatini (grandma loved it), tuna tataki (fishing-loving aunt said it was incredible) crispy rice w/ spicy ahi tuna (cousin thoroughly enjoyed) & green peace roll (I love me some vegan sushi, it was vibrant and fresh and delish, which is why i got it both times I came).

Seriously where else can you get sushi, pasta and pizza that ALSO has a full bar and the best servers?? So time for a shout-out to Stephanie, she was so fantastic the first night that I requested her to host my family tonight, and she crushed it. Everyone is so nice, the hostess took a dozen photos for us and even the manager stopped by to check on things. It was overall an incredible evening. Just lost my grandpa recently and cannot explain how wonderful it was to take three generations out for dinner at such a wonderful and unique spot. I will say, it can be a little loud, and the quality is reflected in the prices... but the service, food, overall atmosphere and quality of staff far outweigh the higher price point and volume level.

Cannot wait to come back into town to indulge in this fantastic little wonder of...

We were a group of 9 people and for dinner on Friday night we made a reservation at Water + Flour. When we entered the restaurant we were greeted at the front and then seated on our table. Water + Flour is an amazing restaurant with beautiful decorations with parking available in the lot and menu consist of different options varying from bowls, pizza, pasta, fries. Water + Flour also has different drinks on the menu varying from cocktails to wines and margarita. When we got seated we were greeted by our server Stephanie and first we decided to start with drinks which included Casamigos Single, Tanqueray Double, Velvet Double Merlot Glass and with drinks we ordered Uptown Parmesan Truffle Fries and Focaccia. First we got our food which included Fries and Focaccia. Fries were delicious and tasty cheese fries. Everyone on our table loved those fries. The focaccia was also delicious especially eating with its sauce was amazing. Then we started getting our drinks which were good and seemed like freshly made with ingredients. Then finally we ordered the dinner for food. The order for food included different options starting from Spicy Salmon Avocado Cucumber Roll, Tempura Shrimp Cucumber Roll, Spicy Brazilian Bowl, Cheese Pizza, Plant Based Alfredo Pasta, Pesto Verde Pasta, Green Peace Roll and Cali Chopped Salad. The service was good and we started getting our food soon. First we got our salad, Brazilian bowl and sushis. The salad was fresh with rich ingredients and tasty salad. Loved the healthy green salad. The Brazilian bowl was also healthy and delicious with amazing ingredients and good portions for dinner. The sushi was also good and delicious. Amazing sushi to have. The pastas that we ordered for dinner was also amazing and it was local pasta made with fresh ingredients. Amazing restaurant with different food options to have and must...
