Ha! So, the only reason I even gave this place to STARZ. Is because I happen to like CVS. But when it comes to CVS locations… Unfortunately, this one’s the absolute worst. And which really sucks is that it’s only like five minutes from my house. So I used to love going up there until you know I was being harassed by staff, literally just because when I got to the checkout… If I didn’t have enough money to pay for everything, I left the things behind. Mind you I’m not a monster… So it would be like three maybe five things max? I’m sorry but CVS is expensive. So sometimes I think I have enough money, but when I get to the total, I do not feel like spending $200 at CVS sometimes. So I had one guy literally harassed me on three different occasions just because of this. To the point where after the third time with him approaching me talking about how I’m being disrespectful and it’s not his job to clean up after me… And how I come at night so the last thing he wants to do is be picking up after me when there’s like nobody else to worry about. Think about that for a second. I came at night, because that’s what I wanted to come and that’s when I had time. I’m a female, coming to CVS at night, and the last thing I want is Some Guy coming to me telling me or trying to tell me about myself. And isn’t that his job? Like I’ve worked in jobs like that and if somebody leaves behind something you get it and you put it back. I mean it happens. So yeah, Finally I had to get a little upset with him… & then The next time I came in he apologized because he said his boss would be upset if he knew he did that to me… Because I do spend a lot of money at their location. and I never caused any trouble. I come in. I grab my things and I pay for them. And he was out of line. Yes sir, you were. I told him to just don’t acknowledge my existence any longer. And to just leave me alone & walked away lol 😂
But I guess not enough money sheesh… So yeah granted I now drat going up there. And when I do go up there, I get it I get out. I definitely don’t spend money anymore. Any other CVS but that one. Just my luck too. I would have the shittiest CVS known demand within walking distance and of course it’s 24 hours too! There’s nowhere else 24 hours anymore… It’s just a shame. It’s just a very big shame lol anyways don’t go here. Save yourself the embarrassment/humiliation/ridicule. And just find another CVS because the other ones I’ve been to. They’re absolutely great. I normally never have an issue… Ever. Maybe the staff that works at that location just hates their life? Or their job? All I scheduled online was a covid test. Upon arriving I took the covid test and was asked a handful of questions, and administered O2 & pulse test. I though that was unusual and I even specifically said "I don't need any of the additional testing, I know I'm fine, I just need to have a covid test, as it is a company policy before travel". I thought nothing of the basic tests and went on my way with a negative result. My insurance company just sent me a copy invoice for both a covid test and "Office visit". Read morePeople who work at my CVS are all outstanding. However, CVS has made this pharmacy one that does not answer the phone. You are required to leave and message and wait for a return call. After my third message and no return call, I will be moving all my RX’s to another pharmacy. I don’t believe all CVS’S use this phone system, and if I can find one that does not I will change to that CVS. Otherwise I will change pharmacies all together after I verify they answer their phone. Transferring to another pharmacy will cost me increased deductibles as I am insured with Caremark. But their idea/theory/system is flawed. Because it takes a human to return the call and they do not.
