There have been two occasions where one of the workers was unnecessarily rude. I asked for a caramel frap with added java chips that I order every single time I come into Starbucks. She said "even if I wanted to add the java chips, there's no button on the computer, so no can't do it." Like I said, I order this drink every single time.
