Planet Smoothie — Restaurant in Tampa

I placed an online order for pickup on Sat November 23. But when I went to the location to pickup my order, the location was closed and no one was working.

I'm extremely upset because I paid for smoothies I never recieved because my order was unfulfilled. I don't even know how to get a refund because the website says to contact the location. But how can that be accomplished if the location is CLOSED!!!! I've never experienced this before and I'm at a loss for words.

**Update: It has been two weeks of reaching out multiple times to be continously told someone would contact me and I have yet to be contacted. This is the absolute worst experience I've ever had when it comes to customer service. Why do I have to reach out to get this rectified when this business is the one who dropped the ball. I'm just going to dispute the charge with my bank since this business refuses to fix...

I’ve had the pleasure to have many smoothies at many different planet smoothies, however the smoothies are good(not the greatest) but I continue to get them and drink every single one of them. Because Eli the owner is amazing, friendly, respectful and his customer service makes me not want to go to another smoothie franchise ever. Even if my drink taste off one day, I don’t care about that. And if it’s incorrect or it’s really not quite right he is first to make sure the next one is free and 100 % perfect. This is how a business is done. Customer Service is priority. Keep them happy they continue to come back. Even if you do a simple mistake, it’s all in the correction. It's really amazing how me & my families experience has been such a miracle. When the weather forecast was just tremendously powerful, we were catching public transportation simply the bus. We went to Tropical smoothie cafe & they were closed due to short staff. As me & my family cross the bridge to get to this location we saw a rainbow, actually two, it was very amazing. As we got to the address, we met the owner who served us & just really blessed us beyond even being served, he even went an extra mile, was so friendly and open, caring and helpful & even took interest in our lives and what we enjoyed to do, etc. Such great customer services beyond 5 stars honestly.
