I received a call from my wife today after visiting your store and she was in tears with the horrendous service she received. She placed a mobile order 15 minutes ahead of when she arrived at the store. She waited 10 additional minutes as they were busy before asking for an ETA. When she did ask she was advised it will be up soon. 10 minutes later (35 minutes from initial order) she requested again how long it would be as she is now late for work at this point. The employee picked up the drink and aggressively grunted, rolled their eyes, and pushed it to my wife and said "Next time just ask for a refund". My wife said "Excuse me? Why would I ask for a refund when all I was asking was for an ETA? What is your name?" The employee responded with "I am not giving you my name, have a nice day" (with a very aggressive attitude). Another employee who was not involved started to chime in and attack my wife as this interaction went on and she could not tell me what she said because she felt so attacked and was in tears at this point.
She did talk to Terry the manager and he advised he would talk to the employee but this came across as placating and insincere. I called and spoke to Terry and he advised the same thing and it came across as insincere to me as well. I am not saying the employee needs to be terminated as I would not wish that on anyone but they need serious training on how to address people when the staff are stressed...
   Read moreMy first time ever visiting this store and the customer service is piss poor over 15 minutes in the drive-through for one latte when they weren't even busy then have to wait on it at the window to still be made only to get it and it's not made correctly then it's remade and still not correct upon leaving,so I go park and go in the store everyone is standing around like their in La La Land. A gentleman came to assist me and was about to issue my refund for me when he couldn't get the amount due back correct who was supposed to be the manager Angelina stepped in giving attitude and coming off really aggressive and acting as if I was being the aggressor towards her lol. She asked me again about the order after she was standing by when I explained it the first time and just basically refusing to want give me my money and arguing with me or trying to about something I paid for that was not correct as if I shouldn't know how what I'm buying ought to taste. I do feel like it was because the color of my skin and she's lucky that I know how to act in public settings. Some investigating at this store is definitely needed based on the experience I had and other reviews I see on here.    Read moreIâve tried to give this location so many chances. Today was just not it and Iâm done. The team wasnât very welcoming for one. We ordered a short flat white with a stevia. The person at the register charged us for a tall. Which I didnât want because the milk to espresso ratio is off for me. Same amount of shots, but a shot gives me less milk. Thatâs why I order a short.
When I saw that it was a tall. I asked the barista at the bar, âhey, I know it says tall. I didnât want a tall. I wanted a short, can you please remake it?â He looked at me and said, âThatâs not what the ticket says.â I told him, âI get that, but I did ask for a short. He charged me for the wrong drink.â
He then proceeded to remake it with the wrong kind of milk and no stevia.
Itâs annoying because I also work at a Starbucks. I understand being understaff. I understand how to treat a customer and how to remake an order because itâs not that hard. Itâs assuming the best in others and that means the customer.
I also understand the recipe cards too and what should go into each drink.
This store isnât consistent. The drinks flip flop all over the place. Come on. Youâre also not trying with the customer connection by a simple smile and âWelcome in.â
I would drive by and go to another store because this one...
