The 2 star rating is simply because Subway as a chain will have what you expect out of the food, it is what it is so I can’t give it a 1 star rating. However this review is based upon the staff. There is one woman who does not speak nor understand English. I’m not saying that because she doesn’t speak English well, I’m saying she legit doesn’t understand English at all. You can’t properly order your sandwich thru her unless the other lady is next to her explaining. Anyways, here is the bread and the butter of the review, I ask for Swiss cheese, they informed me of no Subways carrying Swiss cheese anymore so I ask for provolone and shredded mozzarella cheese to try and duplicate the Swiss cheese flavor with them mixed together. They never mention that for what I’m trying to accomplish would be an extra charge and when I see the receipt they say they “thought I knew” that it was an extra charge. If you are ordering something at a restaurant or anywhere for that matter and it is an additional charge you get notified at time of adding whatever you are adding that it is going to be an additional charge and “would you still like it?”. I brought up the receipt to show that there was additional cheese charges on all of my subs and I needed a refund. The lady who speaks English there was saying that “she thought I knew it was additional charge” and I would need to speak to the manager for a refund. Mind you, no manger on duty to correct any issues at the store, if you have an issue you need to come back another day when the manger is there. That’s another issue with the Subway franchise model is that the owner/manager when not in the store nothing can be corrected in real time. Basically accept what is done and deal with it later. Imagine going to a chili’s and needing a correction on your meal but can’t get it till another day, you just have to deal with it that night. This is crazy! So she finally reached the manager on the cell per my request. Not sure what she said do, something along the lines of reprint a receipt without the extra cheese and giving me the change. She called me to the register and offered me $0.11 (mind you what is owed to me was $1.50) the first time. That was incorrect and now both ladies are typing in various numbers In their phones calculator coming up with all types of weird numbers out of nowhere. So I explain they forgot to discount one of the 6 inch subs we ordered from $4.99 to $2.99, they did that and then offered me something along the lines of $0.63, which was still wrong! Now I am there 20 minutes over $1.50, it is the principle not the money here. So finally after me explaining over and over what is owed and why PLUS showing both receipts side by side, first totaling $13.52 with the 3 extra cheese unexplained charges to the corrected receipt of $11.89 without the cheese charges we were able to come up with what I was owed. After I received the $1.63 thirty minutes later I tossed it in the tip jar for them. Let this be a lesson to the Subway models with no on duty manager, please have a streamlined method to have issues resolved in live time. Someone saying “sorry nothing I can do about it please come back when the manager is here” is not going to cut it! Also, broken English is fine, we are ok with that but NO English is not acceptable, how can that work? Sign language ordering isn’t ideal. Side note, the chicken...
Read moreI live two blocks away from this subway. My wife loves subway and we always had a nice experience at this place. But today we had really bad experience. We reach there by 8.45pm, open sign was turned off. We go in and there was an old lady on the other side, no greetings upon arrival infact she continues to take pics in her tablet for couple of minutes. Then she started making our sandwich but made us feel like she didnt want to do it. She added very little sauces and when asked to add lil more she added a whole lot of sriracha. Then she asked me if it is to go and when I said no we will have it here and she looks at clock and says we close at 9 (online it says 10pm). I told her to pack it up and when we were leaving she came right after us and locked door right after us. I must say I never had such a bad experience at this place before . She was really rude. Staff which you had before was really good nice polite and inviting ... me personely if i go to this outlet and see her one more time i m not getting any sandwhiches here will take my business...

Walked out to my car to grab my phone, guy stopped making my sandwiches to go ahead and make other people’s sandwiches because I guess he doesn’t know how things work or have any customer service. Just because someone does an online order doesn’t mean you have a time frame to make an order. There literally was nobody in the store when he started making my sandwiches but because I walked out really quickly he stopped making my order and decided to take other people’s order.
