Very fast. Very nice. Would recommend.

The top line was review that I was forced to give on the spot while being told what to say and how to say it. I was told to put 5 stars. I have now changed it to 3. This is why.

My daughter asked if I can come to meet them as they scheduled the delivery today but did not give her a time frame and called at the time she has to pick my grandson up at daycare. 2. I believe at least one person should be bilingual as everyone does not speak Spanish. They were fast, but maybe too rushed because there was damage made to the corner of the sectional. (Picture below) Maybe it was due to the back pain he was complaining about or the multiple deliveries he said he made today and still had to make after. Last but not least, I was forced to write a review on the spot as he dictated what to say, how many stars to put(putting his hands on my phone), and made sure I submitted the review so he can take a picture of it. I am not one to complain, but I do not write reviews for every little thing. Much less being forced to. So I had to edit my initial review so customers know what to expect. And make sure you have someone who speaks Spanish...

What started as a simple, unplanned, yet delightful walk-in experience, with many thanks to staff members Sheyla, Junior and Abubaker, turned out to be perhaps our most satisfying and gratifying furniture purchase of all-time.

Satisfying because we had a special mattress in mind, which initially posed some difficulties; but, true to his word, Junior did everything in his power to make it right.

And he did.

That's the gratifying part.

These days, it's so seldom that people actually do what they say they are going to do. We took delivery a couple of weeks ago and have been sleeping soundly and happily since. For us, this was a very big deal -- and a great deal -- at the same time.

Many thanks to everyone at the store, and our sincere best wishes to the owners for making it happen.
